DLG kept me informed
DLG kept me informed of the process for picking my car up for repair, roughly how long it would take, and when they were returning it to me. A couple of the parts are on back order so not sure how long they will take to arrive. These were not essential for the running of the car, so have been able to return my car for me to use in the meantime. Once these parts are in, they will arrange for someone to come out to me to fit them for my convenience.
Staff have been polite, friendly and very efficient. I am very happy with my experience so far.

I had a completely professional service…
I had a completely professional service from DLG Perth when my car had to be repaired after an accident! From the guys who kept me informed by phone how my repair was progressing to the guys who uplifted and returned my car back to me were all totally professional curteous and informative! The plus was my car was absolutely spotless and the repair was 100%! I would thoroughly recommend this company! I am one happy customer! Many thanks.

Car repairs were organised through my insurance company due to an accident which was completely not my fault!!

good and bad
the work carried out on the car was perfect and it was returned nice and clean.
However ...
1) your driver arrived unannounced to pick up the car, despite us being told he would phone 30mins before hand. He was apparently too busy to phone. Just by chance my wife had returned with the car just a few minutes before otherwise the car would not have been available.
2) my wife received a text advising that the work had been finished the previous day yet it was a further 2 days before we got the car back
3 a total of 17 days from pick-up till return seems excessive for work that should have taken about 3 or 4 days

It could have been so good............
Bodywork on car is excellent, contact process and photo uploads went well.....and the people involved in collecting and returning car are lovely.
However, a fixed aerial was removed from the car during the process and not returned or replaced. I have had to phone on 3 occasions and it is always "I will need to ask the workshop" or "we need to check the video" or "the manager is on holiday".
What could have been a perfect score of 5 is therefore a 2.......and I still don't have my aerial back!! :(

Our 5 year old Yaris was rear ended and transported down to DLG Auto Services in Perth for repair. We were updated throughout and car was delivered back to us when promised. Great service.
From our initial phone call to our insurance company to getting our car back fully restored was minimal hassle. It turned a very stressful situation into a stress free experience very quickly. Our car was picked up and dropped off at the time DLG said it would be. The repair was perfect, as good as new, top job!
