You been very helpful and trying to meet my needs

The service I received was second to non. My car was collected and I was kept up to date with progress. On completion my car was returned not only repaired but cleaned outside and in.

Appointments were on time and the staff were friendly.
Kept up to date with progress and the phone service was good.

The accident assessor came very soon after the accident. It was a minor issue ( paint job) and was resolved the same day as the collection which I appreciated. The car had been washed and I was pleased with that level of service.

I've used this company twice, via my insurance. Excellent service, car returned as good as knew. Friendly staff, good backup. Kept informed. If,at any timeI had to use a repair service, I would definitely use privately if need be. Vehicle Jaguar.

Picked up and returned car on time, called regually to update and finish was good.

DLG took care of everything, from collecting the car needing the repairs and dropping off the courtesy car. The repairs were carried out to a really high standard and the car was valeted. I received regular updates at every stage of the repair process. Staff all very personal and professional.

All the services are fine, and I am quite happy with the repair. I am also thankful to you for cleaning my car's internal & external after the repair. However, when you cleaned my car, you took away a piece of guidance in the compartment of putting our drinking bottles between the two front seats, and you did not put back the guidance piece.
It would be appreciated if you could give me back this guidance piece. Thank you

Great job timing was perfect the repair perfect.the guy picked up my car he was very nice person everything was good

After I was hit in a carpark the repairs were carried it quickly and nicely. The only issue was trying to arrange pick up and drop off as we were supposed to be away on holiday which did kind of impact on our plans for 2 whole days. Staff were all friendly and nice. Communication was good.

Excellent service from collecting my vehicle to bringing it back. Fabulous work and clean as a whistle!

The car was meant to be picked up from home address but 1 day before I changed my mind to be picked up from work address I contacted them and there was no problem changing the address they were very polite car come back very clean (and it was very very dirty feel sorry who ever cleaned my car lol )I was very satisfied with the work well done to every body

Had 3 small separate claims with direct line who send me to DLG Auto services in Orpington, the collection via recovery, courtesy car as well as communication though out was top notch the people on the phones are nice and the man who picked up and dropped the car back off was friendly and called ahead to make sure I was in and it was a good time to drop the car off the work was completed all in 4 days even having to wait for parts to arrive from Germany thank you very much

Communication, responsiveness

Repairs were completed quickly and to a high standard and I was kept informed on how repairs were progressing at all times. The Collection and re-delivery service was also most welcome and efficient.

The colour match was very bad and the return service was a shambles, and repair was not done to a great standard.
