Garage collected my car and returned it in immaculate conditions. Damage to paintwork was complete and car was cleaned. My wee car was looking great when it was returned. Good communication from start to finish. Big thank you 🙏

Courtesy car delivered was dangerous to drive as fault was affecting the stability of the stearing. Phoned for advice and I was advised that I would have to arrange for RAC to attend. Found thar there was a fault that required the car to return to the garage.
I work 35 miles from home and was advised by the garage that there was no replacement car. I told them they would have to arrange something as I had no way of getting home.
Reluctantly they started phoning round car hire companies. I was then advised that a car would not be available until after 5pm at a place 19 miles away in the opposite direction to home. They were going to arrange a taxi but I agreed although this inconvenience was adding 2 hours onto my day. They then phoned to say that the taxi firm they use doesn't cover the area and I should phone a taxi, pay it and submit the receipts. I refused to do this and was told "it's your only option". I said they need to come up with something else so they phoned another two branches of the company and arranged for me to go to Kilmarnock then Paisley...this whole process took over a full day at work. By the end I didn't know where I was supposed to go ot when or how I was supposed to get there. It turns out none of the car hire branches hsd a car ready until the next day. They reluctantly agreed to arrange for a taxi to pick me up at wotk thst day and drop me off in the morning with the car hire company dropping a car at work the next day.
Summary.
They provided a car that was dangerous to drive
There was very little fuel in the car so I fueled the car and got no use of it or refund
Some staff were trying their best to sort out the situation but one in particulzr could do with some training (it's your only option!)
This situation lost me a dsy's work to sort out

Repair are all good.report when car is ready needs fixed got text and checked portal car was ready when it was not got the car back a day later after text also found a womans ear ring on passenger seat

Initially all going well re repair, car returned though missing mirror cover. So sent back and to be fair they were quick to provide courtesy car and sort problem. Staff helpful, apologetic too and compensation provided. Would have been 5 otherwise.

Check in experience was good - car was collected on time. Car was scheduled to be returned and was showing as 89% complete and due to be returned the following day. I phoned to check this and was told it would be a further week due to problems with paint oven. I was not happy about this as I wasn’t informed then my access to the online service was terminated. I contacted my insurer about this and car was ready and returned the following day! Repair was well done and I had no issues with it at all - car was so clean and looked brand new again. Just not happy with communication and dealings with staff in the phone hence the 4 stars.

The company contacted me and told me what the expect regarding time to repair my car. The dropped off a courtesy car. Approximately one week later my car was ready. I drove the courtesy car back to their facility as I wanted to see where my car had been repair. Friendly and efficient reception. Looks like a first class organisation.
