My experience with DLG has been amazing. The customer service team where great letting me know how my car was doing calling every 2 to 3 days ,letting me know exactly when my car would be back to me. Car car on return was perfect,fully valeted and looking brand new. I even got a call to make sure I was full happy with work that had been done. Will be recommending to everyone.

The plastic handle to the drivers seat adjuster was either cut off or broken during repairs to the vehicle. I sent photographs as requested but have had no replacement or response for over 2 weeks. The front RH tyre was completely flat the day after return, however as I cannot evidence that was as a result of the accident I have replaced the front tyres at my cost.
I would have preferred quality over speed with the repair.

Absolute 5* service from start to finish with these guys.
Darwin Insurance useless but the repairs part by DLG was the only painLESS part!

Good communicvation inn difficult circumstances

Fantastic service. I was kept up to date via telephone on the works on my car. They were polite and lovely to speak with. The curtesy and my own car being picked up and dropped off by a lovely man was Swift and easy. No issues. It did take longer than I expected, but I don’t know how to fix a car so it was fine. My car had been valeted which I also hadn’t expected. Thank you! Will recommend to those I know in Bristol area.

Keep your promises. Possibly up grade your courtesy car. Do the repair to a standard you would expect for yourself and not just to get by. Have pride in your work. My car, apart from the accident damage, was perfect in every way. Not the same now.

Prompt and professional service. Quality work completed to my satisfaction. Very easy to deal with and worked around my schedule to collect and return vehicle.

Repair was turned around very fast and appears to be of a very high quality. I was kept fully informed as to the status of the repair, and all the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Very efficient. Lovely staff; kept me informed throughout the repair. The repair was completed in 1 week; I was amazed. Vehicle returned to my home on the day and time specified.

Service was excellent. I was kept up to date on all that was happening. The repair was quick and efficient. Any enquiries were answered straight away by helpful and friendly staff. The courtesy car was delivered to the door and my car taken away. When the repair was finished my car was returned and the courtesy car taken away. Excellent.

I really liked that they collected my car and brought it back to my home address. They kept me up to date with the progress and were pretty quick with the repairs. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it had to go back for some minor tweaks.

Good communication, well organised and good finished product

The car was collected from my door and a courtesy car left for me. DLG Auto Services staff were courteous and helpful. They kept me appraised of the progress of the repair and returned the car at the agreed date and time.
The repair was beautifully done and guaranteed for five years.

Cannot explain in words how much I would recommend DLG Auto Services! Had such a great service from them from start to finish. My car was unfortunately hit in an accident and with the repair performed, you would never even tell!
My car was collected from my work place, I was handed a courtesy car, and then once complete my own car was driven back to my home address & handed over! Such great service. Both guys (they were different each time) who picked up my car and dropped it off were so friendly, and every time I spoke to the receptionist, she was lovely! Would 100% use again in future. Thank you!
