My experience from the beginning to the end was very good .The collection of the vehicle was on time and I was kept informed of the progress of the repair. The work, which is excellent, was completed early and on collection of the vehicle I received friendly and very helpful service from customer services.

1 small gripe - I was not kept up to date with an eta for finishing the car after a few days. I needed to arrange to be home with some notice.
