Renting out my flat through DJ Alexander is a very stress free experience. They take care of all issues from securing new tenants to the maintenance of the property and advising onrefurbishment when necessary. All of this is done in full consultation with myself whaich makes the whole process much easier. Recently they have managed the changeover of tenants, and Shannon Patrick, the End of Tenancy Property Manager, has organised this very efficiently and kept me up to date at all times. I am very happy with the servise provided by all the staff at DJ Alexamder.

There was a lot of maintenance issues left from a long tenancy and though its was painful parting with approx. GBP4k Emma Fairgrieve was very thorough & patient with me going through all the quotes & getting the scope correct despite some supplier errors.
Slowly but surely we got there and looking at contractor photos from emma the house is looking much better and ready for the new tenant. Thanks Emma you have been a star and so patient with all my questions. Cheers Keith Neill

We had a wonderful experience with Chris from DJ Alexander. He helped us find our dream home within one day from viewing to acceptance. We explained that we had very little time to find a place as I was due to start a job in Glasgow later this month. Chris made a really stressful time for us a smooth and easy one. He was super friendly and very enthusiastic abut the property whilst being knowledgeable about the property, area and landlord. We truly cannot thank him enough. We are very impressed and highly reccomend both Chris and DJ Alexander.

I dealt with Gill Annand at dj Alexander Aberdeen, for my viewing she was absolutely great. I was coming from Glasgow, my trains were delayed and cancelled. She went out her way to come back to the flat I was viewing as I had missed the appointment. I highly recommend Gill she is fabulous

We’re about to start renting with them and so far everything has gone well. Our property manager, Connor Quinn, was super helpful and always replied promptly. Hopefully, everything is smooth sailing going forward.

Takes ages for repairs.
We made a report about our door being broken and nothing was done for over a month, when the handle eventually fell off, meaning we couldn’t shut the door without being locked in/out, it took nearly a week for them to fix it. Only after calling instead of emailing did they send people out to fix it thanks to Dora. So if you ever need something fixed, phone and ask for Dora as she will actually get the issue repaired within 24 hours.

Cameron Lindsay was great to deal with. From the time a friend viewed the flat on our behalf to his email to us to begin the application process was a matter of a couple of hours. And he was back in touch with us only 24 hours later -- which was a quicker response than we've experienced with other letting agencies. So far, everything is proceeding smoothly! Really happy with the service!

Property Relationship Manager, Damir Maratov was excellent at managing the ongoing maintenance problem I was having. He was very considerate and understanding and did not rest until the issue had been assessed and a solution was made. Thanks!

Rapid response by their Property Relationship Manager, Kavya Arenahalli, to my problem with the oven tripping the electricity. Someone round within a day or two, problem identified, and fixed 2 days later.

DJ Alexander Glasgow team made the whole process of move in and out great. They were responsive and informative throughout the tenancy.

We found securing a flat through the company to be very easy, owing to great help from Brandon Wiseman. He responded to our queries very fast which was a huge boon to myself and the friends applying with me.

Went to view a flat several weeks ago, when we arrived, there were 9 people all together booked in to view it at the same time! the person who was showing it checked our names off and said she would email over an application form to us all but application form never came, shouldnt be surprised, rented a house from these cowboys before, glad I didnt get it this time!

I cannot thank Mr. Robert Simon enough for his outstanding assistance throughout our tenancy application process. He was incredibly prompt, supportive, and clear with every instruction, ensuring that everything moved smoothly from start to finish.
