AVOID!!! Worst customer service on earth! 🚨⚠️🚨⚠️

Got white skins for my A77X and they didn't fit properly.

Customer service was non existent so I ended up having to DIY it and cut with a blade to make them fit which was not a perfect solution.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Gestern kam der Karton zerknickt an, direkt angeschrieben! Mail und WhatsApp waren vergeblich! 50€ für für nichts . Nie wieder!

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered on 20/08/26 (stupidly didn't check trustpilot first). Order 'dispatched' on 23/08/26. UPS tracking still showing awaiting item on 13/09/26. Not one single email from customer service.. Escalated by Aiden (chatbot) and still no response, or refund! Ended up calling my credit card company to get the payment reversed. Absolute joke of a company that i genuinely hope go bankrupt, very soon. Scummy 🔔🔚's

Appalling customer service. DJ skins is a scam. They took my money, never delivered the skins and do not answer my emails.

Le colis (DHL) m’ait notifié comme « livré chez un voisin » (pourquoi ? Quel voisin ?) et après avoir eu le service client DHL au tel, j’ai appris qu’il n’est apparemment jamais parti d’Allemagne… Aucune réponse à mes nombreux mails et assistance Whatsapp. La seule interaction que j’ai pu avoir est le bot du site de Dj-skins avec lequel je n’ai aucune résolution…
Heureusement que je n’avais pas acheter pour plus cher…

EDIT (08/09/26) : j’ai reçu finalement mon colis alors que j’avais demandé une remboursement pendant plus d’une semaine, ils me l’ont quand même renvoyé. Pas d’interlocuteur, jamais aucune réponse à tous mes messages MAIS j’ai ma commande initiale entre les mains. Je rehausse donc ma note à 2* et je change mon titre qui qualifiait ce site d’arnaque…

Muss mich anschließen ! Anzeige ist gemeldet . Wollte nen Skin für meinen Controller bestellen, es meldet sich niemand ! Finger weg !!!

The “Skins” do not fit correctly.
I have been in contact with them for 2 months.

They promise to replace or refund if your skin doesn’t fit or doesn’t work - and my skin was one of the very first they’ve made for the Omnis Duo controller. It flat out was too small. I made a video to show the company and sent it to them. I’ve gotten zero response from the company. I’ve never had a company ghost me like this. I’m now out $170 dollars (they charged me $55 for shipping an item that weighs almost nothing). If I could give them zero stars I would! Awful company - avoid at all costs. I will be letting everyone in my music communities know to stay away from them and also will be filing a fraudulent claim with my bank to reverse the charge.

Man bekommt keine Antwort und kann sich nur mit einer KI Unterhalten! Ich tippe tatsächlich auf eine Fake Firma.
Zu einer Bestellung ist es Gott sei Dank nicht gekommen. Wenn ich auch die Bewertungen hier lese bin ich ja echt happy das ich nichts bestellt habe. 😉

Keine Reaktion, kein Service, Versprochen wird Austausch oder Geld zurück bei nicht passen oder Defekt beim Anbringen, wird nicht eingehalten. PayPal Käuferschutz wird regeln. Dauert halt.

Was ein schreckliches Unternehmen. Kontakt? Fehlanzeige.
Rechnung? Nein! Auf Nachfrage? Keine Reaktion.
Die Folie optisch gut, aber millimeter Passgenau? Ahahahaha, ich lach mich schlapp! Passen hinten und vorne nicht! Lächerlich hoch 10! Es reagiert auch keiner auf Reklamation oder Kontaktanfrage /Email/Whatsapp etc. Von wegen "Geld zurück" oder "Bester Support bei Fragen und Problemen"... Hier wird nichts außer Geld kassiert - und dann auf wiedersehen! Firmensitz in Deutschland? Nur im Impressum, mehr nicht.
25€ extra damit man keine Werbung von dem Shop hat? Frech. Passtgenau auf dem FLX10 ist hier GAR NICHTS, geht auch aus mehreren anderen Bewertungen hervor, lasst es lieber sein. 150€ für die Tonne.

Die Folie ist echt ok, jedoch habe ich auch auf mehrfachen Nachfrage per E-Mail und Live-Chat keine Rechnung erhalten. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go!!!
Miese Masche, denn so kostet das Ding für mich 19% mehr.
Daumen maximal nach unten!!!

Update: Die Skins wurden mittlerweile geliefert. Nachdem ich vom Kauf zurücktreten wollte, kam Bewegung in die Sache. Die Produkte wurden dann innerhalb von 4 Werktagen geliefert. Ich erhöhe die Bewertung auf 3 Sterne, weil die Skins wirklich eine super Qualität aufweisen und perfekt passen. Schade, dass die Kommunikation so holprig war. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass individuelle Produktionen zwischen Standard-Workflows natürlich immer einen erheblichen Mehraufwand darstellen. Eine proaktive Info über Verzögerungen bzw. zeitnahe Antworten auf Rückfragen würden aber das Kundenerlebnis erheblich verbessern, Klarheit und so Verständnis auf Kundenseite schaffen.

Ursprüngliche Bewertung:
Nach meiner Bestellung hatte ich noch eine Rückfrage zu den von mir übermittelten Druckdaten. Am nächsten Tag war alles geklärt - schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Danach passierte nichts mehr. Nachdem die Lieferung 2 Wochen überfällig war, fragte ich nach dem Status - keine Antwort. Nach einem Monat Lieferverzug fragte ich erneut - keine Antwort. Mittlerweile liegt meine Bestellung inkl. Zahlung mehr als 2 Monate zurück. Ich habe bisher keine Reaktion erhalten.

It’s difficult to find much more to say about this company. We initially worked with them to design our DJ materials, and that process went very well.

However, when we wanted to proceed with the remaining work this year, we received only one email response, followed by complete silence. There were no offers, no follow-ups, and no feedback whatsoever. (for 3 months now)

As a result, we are now back to square one and have to restart the entire process with a different partner.

For this reason, I would strongly advise others against placing any orders with this company, unless the level of service is of no concern. The service is simply poor, and businesses operating in this manner should be held accountable. Overall, highly unprofessional.

Wish i read the reviews before. Places a large order of £250 for three different skins with all the upgrades and paid £10 for the fast track delivery. Now having to pay import fees of £87. Have emailed the company complaining about this and the fact it does not specify this on the website. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Would give no stars if it was possible. Absolutely horrific customer service ! No replies to emails or WhatsApp’s. Charged £170 for a skin and didn’t inform me that I would then be charged another £50 by the courier for customs because I am in the uk. Absolute rip off. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!

The service is terrible I definitely would not recommend as their customer service is slow and unresponsive. Also they failed to mention that there is a customs charge to pay as the item is coming from Germany so that is another £50 on top of the already paid £170 for a sticker. Make sure to STAY CLEAR 😡😡😡

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
Das Produkt ist wirklich tollgewesen und ließ sich problemlos anbringen. Qualitativ wirklich hochwertige.
Die Lieferung kam im angegebenen Zeitraum, wenngleich es knapp war. Aber aufgrund der Feiertage umd einem Fehler bei UPS hätte es wohl schneller kommen können.

Ich war erst skeptisch wegen der schlechten Bewertungen hier. Man muss bei der Bestellung aufpassen welche Option man wählt (Photoshop oder online). Der Kundenservice hat mir aber sofort weitergeholfen. Die gedruckte Folie ist klasse. Ich konnte noch nicht checken ob sie gut passt oder wie gut sie klebt aber ich vermute gut. Wenn der Bestellvorgang besser (einfacher, klarer) wäre würde ich alle Sterne geben. Preis ist sehr hoch aber ist gibt auch wenig Konkurrenz
