The sizes don't match
1. Receiving my package was a nightmare. It was sent to an auto parts store, I was never notified and it was returned. I was charged a second time for it to be sent to the correct address.
2. The listed sizes do not match actual real-life sizes.
I ended up with a set of way-to-big garments that I could not use. They are still in the bag.

We are very sorry to hear of your less-than-stellar experience. We will look into the shipping error immediately as orders reaching customers in a timely manner is our #1 priority! Purchasing clothing online can sometimes lead to sizing mix-ups as it's a very challenging part of the process, but we're always happy to exchange items according to our return policy. Again, we will definitely look into this matter further and do our best to rectify the situation.
Thank you for your review and have a blessed day!

We had a wonderful experience with your company. This was our first time using your company and we had no issues. Thank you for being so timely with our order. The merchandise that we purchased was awesome and presented to our Ministers at our ordination service was well received. Pastor Cain says it will not be the last time we do business. God Bless your business and your employees.

Personnel was pretty rude
Personnel was pretty rude. But, gifting my husband was more important. Apparently, the fact that I sent a personal check was complicated. Won't use them again. Two rude phone calls about paying. Really????

We apologize for your less than satisfied experience. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks as payment and perhaps that is where the error in communication occurred. Again, we are very sorry and will bring this to the attention of those in customer service.
Totally Satisfied
I was extremely satisfied with the process of this order. After placing my order, it shipped the following day and I received it 3 business days later. I ordered a beautiful pastoral clergy robe. The robe came in excellent condition; made with quality material. And the price was reasonable. I am so excited and can hardly wait to present it to the pastor.
Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for your review! Most of our clergy robes and cassocks come with an open pocket slit on the right side seam that allows ease of access to pant pockets and/or microphones. Some customers do believe it's a rip, but it's a traditional style that offers convenience. We do apologize for the confusion. Thank you again for your thoughts and God bless!!!
