Hi Fabrizia,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear you found the ordering process unclear. We provide detailed roll dimensions, pattern repeat information, a wallpaper calculator, and customer support guidance throughout the website to help customers calculate quantities as easily as possible.
We can see your order was for a wallpaper sample only, so if you need any further assistance with calculating quantities or placing a full order, please do feel free to get in touch - we’re always happy to help.
Thank you again for trying our samples and for taking the time to leave a review.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our small business!
Great product
Arrived soon after ordering. The paper is great quality and went up reasonably easily. The only niggle I found the sample too small and it didn't have the main pattern in.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our small business! We’re so pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the wallpaper and that it arrived quickly.
We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the sample size. We do supply large samples, as close to A3 as possible, however as your sample design/colourway are cut directly from wallpaper rolls, the exact pattern placement can sometimes be outside of our control and may not always include the main feature of the design.
Thank you again for your support and feedback - it’s genuinely appreciated.

No refund after returning an order
I returned an order well within the permitted time frame, by a tracked service.
3 weeks later I still have not received a refund and zero contact despite emailing twice.
This was after we returned the product as the quality was not what we expected for the price.

Hello Lewis,
Jamie here, founder of Divine Savages.
I’m really sorry for the delay with your refund and, in particular, for the lack of communication while your return was being processed. You should not have had to chase us, and I completely understand your frustration.
We use a third-party warehouse team to process returns, which usually takes around 7 days from the goods being received back. In this case, the warehouse reported that one of the rolls had arrived damaged, so we requested photos in order to investigate further. However, we should have kept you updated throughout this process, and I’m very sorry that we didn’t.
Your refund has now been processed in full, including the shipping, and should be back with your original payment method very soon.
I’m also sorry to hear that the wallpaper quality was not what you expected. We work with trusted UK manufacturers and use the highest-quality materials and inks across our collections, so I’d genuinely like to understand what fell short on this occasion. If you’re happy to share any further details, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to look into it properly.
We’re very sorry for the delay and poor communication, and I hope we can restore your confidence in us in the future.
Many thanks,
Jamie

Hello Dirk, thank you for your order. We’ve checked the tracking information provided when your order was dispatched, and it shows that the parcel is currently in Germany and was scanned at your local sorting office yesterday. We are very hopeful it will arrive with you soon.
Please do contact our customer service team if you need any further help at all, as we are always happy to assist.
We understand how disappointing and frustrating a delivery delay can be. As a small family-run business, we care deeply about our customers’ experience and would have appreciated the chance to help resolve this for you before your review was posted.
