Divi Pixel creates incredibly stunning layouts for Divi. They stand out significantly from the other layouts available on the market. The support is absolutely fantastic. You receive quick, practical answers and can easily move forward if you encounter a challenge.

We are using Divi Pixel together with Advanced Custome Fields to populate data on customer pages. The current version of the Divi Pixel didn't pick up the alt text for images.
After a quick support ticket to the support they returned quickly with a new version that fixed our special requirement and it work at once. In my point of view that is world class support!

A year ago, I purchased a license from the Elegant Themes Marketplace. This week, I bought the license directly from Divi Pixel. However, when I attempt to update the plugin, I receive a message prompting me to reactivate the license and make a payment to the Elegant Themes Marketplace.

I’ve reached out to Divi Pixel support via chat, but they have reply I need to reupload the plugin. Will this reupload will delete my setup?

I want to take a moment to give some praise to the Divi Pixel team. I wasn't on the website for a long time, but over the past few days I have been checking out all the great new modules they have developed, as well as the existing modules that have received updates. All I can say is that I am very impressed. Also, everything currently under development looks promising!

In addition, my experience with customer service has been excellent. Quick response with good help. And the community we have here with the FB group makes us all feel a bit part of the Divi Pixel family.

Every time I reach out to support and Divi-Pixel I'm blown away by how much help they are.

Most of the time (if not ALL of the time) the issue is something I've done to mess things up and support goes above and beyond to help me fix the issue.

Just today I was stumped with a problem and realized it was my own fault - only to be given advice and suggestions on what I could do to fix things. Technically this isn't their problem - but walking away from this interaction I feel like "we're all in this together".

Was in need of an Image Hotspot plug-in and did a bit of looking around. Given all of the other modules that come with Divi Pixel I went with it. The hotspot plug-in worked perfectly and I can't wait to try out some of the many other modules on-tap now. So far very happy!
