I ordered a wig from Divatress and when I received my package, It was the wrong color. I sent a message to Customer Service and explained the situation. Customer Service contacted me and asked for a picture of the wig. I purposely stepped outside to take the picture in natural light. Well, that was last week, so I guess that is the end of that. No follow up... I have not heard a word....

I have to tell: there is no other site with the fast shipping like divatress. Everytime I make an order, they ship it straightaway. For me it’s, so far, the best site where you can purchase weaves and hair bundles. I recommend this site at 100%

The turn around time from purchase to receipt is AMAZING! I have ordered from them more than once, I have had no product with any of the hair I ordered. I did have to return an item (the hair wasn't really what I wanted), their customer service was put to the test and they passed with FLYING COLORS!

This is the third time I have ordered from Divatress and they have 'delivered' each time: on their service, quality and on-time delivery. Even with their standard shipping, I have receive my orders in better than expected time. Thanks Divatress.

First time order hairpiece on line,I was satisfied with my product, drawstring ponytail,plus they had my color that I used all the time.which is very hard to find in beauty stores in my town.Will be order again,Order on Sunday and got it on Thursday.Thank you

This is a total Scam. You go to divatress and order your wig then when you pay they send you a receipt from divtress missing the a. And they take your money and never send you a thing. Then they claim you ordered from divtress not divatress. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope they go to federal prison for fraud.

Horrible customer service. I still haven't received my item. It's their fault or fedex but they refuse to give my hard earned money back. They have a bad attitude and Horrible communication. Go purchase somewhere else not this site!

I have purchased from this site a few times. But I will not be buying from them again. Firstly they are very shady and you can't trust their reviews. If you post a negative review on a hair unit they delete it right away. They will sometimes ship you the wrong color hair but if you try to return it you have to pay shipping costs and restocking fees. In most cases it isn't worth it to return anything so you are stuck with product you can't use.
Their live chat doesn't work and it is very difficult to reach a real person. The send snarky nasty emails. It's just not worth the hassle dealing with this company

This company is customer oriented. You order is shipped inn 1-2 days. I have been a customer since 2015 and never had a problem with my order of quality of hair products. They also answer the phone and assist you with all your inquiries. Thanks Divatress sincerely

Horrible, scammer. Go somewhere else. You will lose more than you bargain for. And end up empty handed . I brought a half up and half down ponytail when I received it you could tell someone already touch it and it was already deattach from the box. Also open. So I send it back reminder I had to pay addition shipping cost. So they refund what I pay for the hair but not my original shipping cost. So I lost and don't even have the product I wanted. It cost me money for nothing they are such scammer. I will be sticking with sam's beauty for now on. The only reason I bought from here is because Sam's didn't have the color I wanted but they do now. It is higher but that is alright with me because I know it is going to be new plus Shipping is cheaper and returns are free.

It isn't that the product is bad, the customer service is. I would go to cancel an order and they just ship it. They have no link to cancel it, only to send a message to customer service, which is supposed to be a live chat and it isn't. The fact that they hold an order and then ship it as soon as you ask to cancel it, with no returns accepted, tell me I can't trust them. I like their products but if I can't trust you not to do some underhanded stuff like that, especially more than once, then I can't do business with you. So, be aware that once you place an order you are stuck with it and they don't care even a little. Be sure in your decision to work with them.

I will no longer spend money on this company, as they don't value me as a customer.

I have spent a total of 500USD on this company, and they have thrown out future purchases over a 9.95USD clip in bang, that was never sent to me.

This is not how you run a business!

My order had almost two weeks to ship to ups, and it never got there. I selected three day shipping on the website when I ordered from there. I understand shipping is delayed by 1 or 2 days becuase of COVID, but in the span of five days, it should have at least been at ups! I was worried the whole time if this website was a scam. I was thinking they were gonna take my money and never ship my order. Finally, after waiting almost two weeks, I called and cancel my order, and I did receive a full refund, so at least there's that.

Speaking from my experience. This is the second website that I have used to place an order for wigs. As I was shopping for wigs I was a little confused about something so I sent divatress a message through their chat line. I received a response to my question within 24 to 48 hours. Although prior to that I still placed my order because I was able to answer my own question as I was shopping the web for wigs. I place my order, I received an email immediately. Then within 48 hours I received another email stating that my item was being shipped. Soon after I received an email stating my item was shipped out. I received my item in less than a week. I'm very satisfied with my wig and I will shop divatress again.

All the Beauty Supply stores were closed in NYC during the Covid-19 Stay at Home Order, so I placed my order for three Motown Tress wigs and received my order within 5 business days by free delivery. I got exactly what I ordered and will definitely order from Divatress again. Very happy customer!
