I've never even visited this site or seller before and yet somehow received a box of 12 bottles of snow foam car cleaner today. One of these bottles is leaking as the end of the box was soaking wet. Very concerned that they have my name and address considering this is the first I've heard of them. AVOID!

I replied to an advert which plainly said three items for £9.99p but I was charged £29.97p so I immediately cancelled the order and also with eBay but they replied that they had already sent it so I couldn't cancel it. Their phone box is full and can't take any more messages. This is a complete rip-off for 3 items which are worth about £2.50 each and the advert is completely misleading. Avoid this company!

Like one of the other reviewers we received a tine of paint that we didn't order. Just hope they don't send anything else. Have had trouble trying to contact them as I cannot find a telephone or email address.

I received an unordered and unwanted tin of paint from these people. It was delivered by Evri marketplace so I was able to print a free return label and they can have it back.

They need to pay their bills

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I GAVE ONE STAR AS YOU HAVE TO GIVE MINIMUM FOR LEAVING REVIEW IT SHOULD BE MINUS FIVE THEY ARE THAT BAD .I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF BE A LIAR TWICE REGARDING MY DELIVERY AS THE COURIER DID NOT DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS BUT AS UNDER CONSUMER RIGHTS THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE BUT NOT ACCORDING TO THIS SUPPOSEDLY CALLED A COMPANY. THEY SHOUD BE ASHAMED CONSIDERING THE COST CAUSED AND THE STRESS CAUSED MAKING ME ILL. PLEASE BE AWARE OR YOU WILL BE MADE TO SUFFER

Scammers as Cossey on Amazon.

I placed an order for some tools on Amazon but instead received a pack of bird seed from DivaGift. Looking at the other reviews this is a common occurrence. Fortunately Amazon were helpful and the problem was resolved but I'd avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling company, they sell on Amazon under the name of Diva Store Ltd, but their username is COSSEY, they are based in Northamptonshire.

Have checked and they are both the same company.

Bought a household item on the 23rd of July, arrive 24th of July, different to what to what was ordered.

Got in touch with them to tell them they had sent me something different and would like what I ordered, they came back with. ‘Oh, it’s the same thing’.

No, it was not the same thing, bought up the details for both of the items and they both were not exactly the same as thought, if wanted what they had sent me, then would have ordered it, but I didn’t. Then informed them that I will be in touch with Trading Standards because you can’t order one thing and send out something completely different and then say it’s the same thing.

Once said that they closed the case completely, and after seeing all these awful reviews, now understand why they are so bad.

Hope all these other unhappy people also contact trading standards to put them out of business.

They are arrogant and ignorant, and there is no customer service, only Customer disservice.

Ordered some varnish via B&Q and it arrived 2 days later, great service

I ordered 2 tubs of green paint and received 1 green and 1 grey...ive been emailing both divagift and ebay to no avail...seriously unimpressed...didn't realise it was a shoddy company

Divagift are fraudsters do not have anything to do with this company ordered a two pack of talc only received one. They contacted ebay to say they had delivered what I ordered ebay agreed with them so will have nothing to do with those either again. Absolute conmen.

Just received some rosemary shampoo that I didn't order, never heard of this company. Googled it and says scam!

VERY DODGY. Do not buy from these shysters. I've just received two packs of wallpaper paste that I didn't order. This is a brushing scam - unethical and dishonest.

Uses Amazon to sell products... My own personal experience... Ordered Some spray cans on Prime next day service... Still waiting 6 days later. The Evri updates are all over the place with loads of excuses that do not appear to be Evri.

Should NOTE be listing items on Amazon Prime next day as this is clearly not the case. See their Amazon rating of 1 Star reviews... I am Not Alone

Super fast delivery! I needed a tarpaulin to cover the pool in the garden. Found a large blue/silver insulated one on B&Q through Diva Gift for about £7 with free delivery. Its absolutely perfect thank you, especially the prompt delivery.

Well I don't know how they manage to have the 99.5 on eBay because they are scammers,Avoid like a plague,these cowboys will gone scam you straight away,and you will be sorry,me I bought some orchid mix compost which never arrived,no one answer your query,so better stay away,Total scammers

Terrible seller! I accidentally placed an order at 10pm on Sunday evening and cancelled it the same day. They refused to cancel because they said it had already been posted! The post office is not open on Sunday. They are liars and terrible company. Do not purchase from here!
