The delivery and communication is poor! One of the cartons had a pack of smokes missing in it! They were relatively responsive on a solution to this, which concluded in a code to replace the pack already paid for. There was no compensation for the trouble had to go thru. Ordered again and pkg has been delayed with no communication business with this company has been ok! It’s not totally bad, there’s a 40% chance I’ll order again

Its great to shop from a business that cares about customers, especially in the online market. I usually have flawless service from Discount smokes, however, for my last order the package was mislabeled (wrong address) so it didn't make it to my door. DS recognized & accepted responsibility for the error and reshipped the order. The replacement order arrived missing 2 items, I contacted DS and once again received prompt and friendly service (credit issued for missing items). While some may see this as "continued problems", I see occasional mistakes as human (I like dealing with humans) and it's how mistakes are addressed that is the sign of a good business!
