If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. I paid £3000 for a product i was told the order didn't go through, it did as the money was taken. I emailed the company straight away and was send an extremely non helpful reply and was then told they would not be responding further. This company is a complete scam. Do not use!

I purchased an LPG gas boiler online then received an email asking me to confirm that I had purchased an LPG only gas boiler to which I confirmed. Which I thought was good idea as to not make a mistake with order. I was given a estimated delivery date. I live rural so I was sent an email stating because of location the boiler may be a few days late . The boiler actually came the day after the delivery estimate date, which is great service. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I paid online and was given a delivery date this was then postponed to the next day so I waited in all day and still nothing. At this point I’m £2500 out of pocket with no contact from them. On the website it says open 08:00 to 20:00 seven days a week and yet no reply to my enquiries as to where my boiler is. I will update this review when I get some answers.

'Ordered a boiller from Discount Heating recently and received brilliant service throughout. They are rightfully very diligent about potential fraud as can be seen in other reviews however if you take the time to contact them directly they will provide the necessary assistance about how to place your order. Their prices are great and the stock levels also. I recommend them very highly (Theresa B and Michael)

Unfortunately a similar experience with another reviewer. I tried to buy and only after the purchase i was told they can only deliver to the same address as the registered card and they do not in registered addresses that are flats either! They cancelled my order.
That is even though during the check out process they do ask if the delivery address is different to purchase and nowhere do they state on their site that it may be an issue. Avoid, even if the prices seem tempting. Not even a phone number available to contact them.

I should have read the reviews on here before ordering an Ariston boiler from these people.

After order placed and paid for they sent email telling me I had to give up my consumer rights to a 7 day cooling of period. Something which according to the .gov.uk site is illegal.

“ It’s illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, for example a sign that says you do not accept returns or offer refunds.”

When I refused to accept this they sent a very curt email cancelling my order - I have yet to receive my refund and reading other reviews expect a struggle to do so.

Cannot recommend buying from these people.

Unable to supply the advertised boiler and only found out after ordering. The reason given was the manufacturer/supplier. Ok, fair enough, however getting a refund was painfully stressful, confusing and took unreasonably long time. I wouldn’t have been as bothered except they don’t accept credit card which leaves you exposed and vulnerable. Added to that the communication at times was rude and unprofessional with over use of “!!! marks and capital letters” as if you’re being shouted at. Based refund experience I would hesitate to want to use them again.

Ancient business model - absolutely useless if you're a landlord

Wont accept if a card is registered to landlord's address so if you have properties across locations that you need this sent to, you could just forget about it. Wont listen to customer who is giving them business so good luck to them and whoever that buy from them. You could only wish they hear from you if anything goes wrong if this is how it goes.

Order confirmed same day, no payment needed until delivery. Called me day before to advise of timeslot, driver arrived with my boiler and parts on time. He was courteous and helpful, placing my boiler exactly where I wanted it until my plumber could fit. Paid by visa (chip & pin) on delivery. Best price, great service, would use again without hesitation. Well done Discount Heating, your excellent service and reviews won you my custom!

Ordered New Worcester Boiler on Monday 6th , delivery arrived this morning. Very friendly driver , was more than happy to deliver into garage while we wait for installer. From ordering to delivery , I cant fault. Well done
