Great value for money &easy to order

Very easy to navigate to find the items you want, then pay. And then pay postage. Very easy. Ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday.

I'd urge people not to use this service - they partner with scam companies, like Cloud Nine Ltd, saying they will provide products at hugely discounted rates. The reason they can do this is that the products don't turn up!

Paid £124 for two mattresses, neither arrived, no confirmation email, no tracking code, no nothing.

When I contacted Discount Experts, the best they could do was say they contacted the supplier and I needed to wait 7 days for a reply - simply to find out if it had been dispatched! They won't refund me as I've redeemed the vouchers - well duh, of course I have.

They also do not even acknowledge the reviews of the Cloud Nine Ltd which I shared with them showing they are a scam company who are even blocked from using Trust Pilot for breach of guidelines - but Discount Experts don't care.

All Discount Experts want to do is take your money and then not deal with the poor service that follows from their partners.

In my view, if you're willing to partner with scammers, then by association, you are scammers too.

Edit to add: Just had another email, very short and snappy this time, telling me to wait 7 days to hear from the merchant - the merchant that are scammers and I have no contact details of, no emails from, or any way of speaking to them. Great, thanks Natasha Thomas, nice customer service!

I have bought three items from them.
The first was a fan which was totally useless and nothing like its description.
The second was a table lamp that has not been delivered.
The third was a parasol. A different one to the one I ordered was delivered.
The returns process is crap/totally useless. All you can do is fill in an online form. But you do not get a copy of your form or any reply from the company so you have no record that you have asked to cancel and get a refund.

I bought the same offer some time ago and those have thrived, and they are so well delivered. Thank you.

Delivered on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I love the mattresses.

Parts missing in last order - now I have to chase missing bits

The pagoda advertised had a continuous canvas roof with a winding mechanism to open and close it. The one I received has a roof in two parts which meet in the middle with handles to open and close it. Not only is this quite difficult for me to reach (I'm 5'2"), it leaves a gap in the middle. Unfortunately, it's not worth the hassle of sending it back

Speed of delivery was fast and product very well made, looks good, simple to put up and looks smart.

The item was perfect and just what I wanted. It was the delivery company that let down. Not delivering to the address but a convenient location for the driver.
