I feel scammed. Worst Customer Support I've ever seen
I was after a beverage that is not available in Poland so I decided to buy in on Discandoo and arrange a courier to pick up the parcel myself. What could go wrong?
Unfortunately, everything. The only instruction available on their website on how to arrange transportation from their warehouse in Flensburg was to 'google it'. And the address of course.
At first, I sent them an email asking for parcel dimensions and recommendations for shipping companies. No response for 3 days. I kept receiving transportation reminders so I figured out the dimensions myself and paid for shipping with DPD.
Contacted them again several times asking if they received confirmation of my shipping. They only responded after I emailed them that I received a package but with the wrong order. In their first response they completely ignored the information about the wrong order (even though I attached pictures) and requested that I send the shipping label so they can start packing.
We exchanged several emails. Mainly due to the fact that I they kept misunderstanding or ignoring my questions/requests. When I realized that this email exchange could go on forever, I gave in and ordered the second shipment. That was my mistake.
When I let them know that I ordered another DPD courier I was informed that packing takes 2-5 business days after they receive the shipping label.
What? I do not know the shipping company that waits a week before picking up the parcel. I tried to contact DPD to arrange it anyway, but I was unsuccessful.
I sent Discandoo support 3 emails with confirmation of my DPD shipment paid. I begged them to start preparing my order but they refused.
But guess what - two days later I got an email from them saying that my order had been canceled because I did not arrange transportation (?!).
At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I demanded they compensate me for the cost of two international shipments but they keep refusing to take accountability. If I had known all the things they said AFTER they canceled my order
(e.g. how long it takes to prepare the order or the fact that they work with delivery agents only, not the couriers), I would have never paid for any shipment and politely asked them to cancel my order. A little too late.
So all in all, almost two weeks passed and over 15 emails were sent to their customer support. No sufficient information was provided, the cost of two international shipments was thrown into the bin and no accountability was taken. And obviously, I did not receive what I ordered.
Never before have I encountered such a level of incompetence and disregard.
Avoid at all costs!

En ole saanut tuotteitani, saatika mitään tietoa niiden olinpaikasta. On se melko ärsyttävää ettei firma anna mitään suositusta toimitusfirmasta ja asiakas jätetään oman onnensa nojaan. Ainoa kuljetusfirma minkä löysin oli shippii, joka on suoraan sanottuna täysi paskafirma...
Changing products of the order without any notification.
Three 24-packs of beer I ordered was replaced with two 24-packs of another type of beer (which I don't even like). So I ended up getting less for the same price. I also ended up ordering shipping for more amount of weight than what was delivered.
This could be fine as long as the customer service contacted me about this change beforehand. Instead I only found out after the delivery was made.
