Ordered Sunday, contacted straight away and given choice of delivery dates by Tom. Date chosen, then given times. It arrived today, Tuesday within the timeslot given. Delivery man was helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend 👌

I bought a shotgun safe from them and unfortunately I lost the keys. The safe itself it’s good quality but when I rang them up to enquiry about spare keys the guy in the phone was completely disinterested in what I was saying and explained that they don’t keep spares or a record so the best option for me is to break into the safe and then buy a new one from them. Obviously I will not. Because in the event the keys get damaged or stolen I would have the same issue and the safe are not cheap. Best to buy from another supplier that keeps a record of the keys and are able to supply copies in the event of an emergency like this.

Sent me the wrong item and have not replied to any email/won’t answer phone to get it sorted out.

When I escalated the problem to Paypal they said they’d refund me once I’d paid to return the items. The fact that they won’t communicate means I do not want to risk paying £65 to send back £99 worth of items, but more importantly I shouldn’t have to because consumer law states they should pay return shipping for faulty/missold items.

Scammers. Do not use.

Bought a shredder & the feed paddle broke on 2nd use!
Shredder effectively unusable without the feed paddle.

Absolutely terrible.
Ordered a pressure washer direct from their website rather than ebay. But wish I had bought it from ebay so I would get money back guarantee. Pressure washer broke on first outing! Such a struggle to communicate with these they just really don't care. Said they sent parts out and then next message was can I send the pressure washer back? Situation still going on 2/3 months later! If you can AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I had teething troubles, with a motorcycle jack, I contacted them and couldn't ask for a better response. They were quick to respond and continued to help until I was fully satisfied.

I bought a plasma cutter instructions on assembly were either missing or vague in the operation and maintenance leaflet I got . But fairly straightforward I could not get it to cut with the built in compressor cutting 2mm thick angle and no pipe from the moisture pipe to the unit supplied ,I put a compressor coupler on one side of the moisture trap instead of using the pipe fitting and jubilee clip supplied for ease of use .once connected to my compressor it cut well and I’m very happy with it for the price it’s light weight and compact .

Bought a safe from them many years ago and managed to misplace the key forget the code. Contacted Dirty Pro Tools and they were unbelievably helpful. Eventually located the key and instructions from Dirty Pro Tools on resetting all the codes worked a treat

Cant fault them or the quality of the decking kit and weather permitting as its too hot at the moment!! (never thought I would type that) expecting my back yard to look great very soon.

Purchased a multitool strimmer from them last year 2022.Had a problem with head. Replaced within days under warranty. Pull cord failed this year. Replaced within 24 hours and at a reasonable cost. Excellent customer service. Great to deal with. Reply quickly to questions. I highly recommend Dirty Pro Tools.
