**UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY* I want to buy a vice directly from you, not B&Q. 9 days, 2 emails, 2 telephone conversations and still absolutely no reply!!!! Disgraceful!!
Purchased a pillar drill manufactured by these guys via B&Q.
Wanted to by a vice to fit direct from these guys, I emailed as requested on their website, followed it up the next day by telephone which was finally answered after 37 attempts, was told someone one would get back to me, absolutely nothing, and 5 days later I sent another email yet still, absolutely no response whatsoever!!!!
Pillar drill is now going back, I’ll buy another brand, and due to abysmal non existent customer service, I’ll never purchase this brand again, and certainly wouldn’t recommend anybody else to either. Can you imagine if anything went wrong with your item, you’ve no chance of getting it resolved!!!

Several days after I made payment, I was told the same thing that I see others in feedback are being told days after paying.."Sorry, Our courier does not deliver to your postcode...This is depite them still selling the same item, on Ebay, on B&Q's site, and on their own site, all clearly stating they do deliver to all of mainland uk...Since when is Edinburgh not mainland uk ?!
Very poor! now have to wait a further week or so for my ££££ to be returned. All a complete waist of time...Sadly!
P.s..Phoned B&Q to ask why items they are selling on behalf of ss Johal in Derby are not available for the delivery stated on their site..B&Q told me they are available for delivery. I of course said Id been told otherwise regarding this same product! Go figure

I purchased a bandsaw from this company, my order was immediately confirmed and the delivery timescale was really fast, uncomplicated. I received my unit and once I put the few parts together, and set the tensions that I thought were correct, then I used the saw. It was amazingly fast, cut accurately and was extremely worth the price paid. I later found that I should have asked for a VAT receipt to present to the tax office and I tentatively asked the company if they could help, I received an almost immediate response from Kian to advise that a receipt had been issued. In closing the product and equally the delivery and after sales service from this company is second to none, they literally went out of their way to assist, that goes a long way in recommending them and their products, which I can honestly endorse.
Anyone thinking of purchasing equipment from Dirty Pro Tool can buy with total confidence that they are buying both quality and a first class service.

Collected an engine hoist yesterday from this place, was quite sceptical at first however I needn’t have been. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes, the young man who took my order was polite and helpful, I believe his name was Kian. I will definitely be back, the unit is the best for the price even compared to local stores near my home in Leicester and worth the trip down. 5 STARS.

The items they sell are decent for the money. However, their customer service is shocking. I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks as the item I purchased is defective. The email address on their site does not work. They very rarely answer the phone. The Whatsapp number they give you is also rarely replied to.

Ordered two welding carts, both arrived in great condition - super easy to put together. I had no issues contacting them through eBay to request an invoice, they responded the next day. Thank you :)

Deeply concerned at the lack of being able to contact this company. Theyre contact email address doesnt work which has been reported numerous times before according to reviews and Facebook yet they appoear to have done nbothing to resolve this. The contact phone number is never answered - I have tried 30 times so far - just rings out. Wish I had checked the reviews first - £167 on a cabinet and no idea if and when its being delivered. Shocking service for a company that states in other reviews they have been in business 40 years. Wheres the service?

Absolute perfect , professional company and perfect and as described . We rang them and they helped with measurements and all and the after service was unique and a credit to business and courier

The item arrived in a perfect condition.

However, when I would like to request an invoice it looks like it never been able to get in touch with the office. I was hoping someone can help here?

I placed an order but they sent an email cancelling it, as their courier wont deliver to my postcode ( no mention of redtrictions when ordering). Now all emails bounce back & nobody anwers the phone?
Now I'm wondering if or when I'll be refunded?

Gun cabinet arrived promptly,seems good quality & reasonable price.
My only criticism is that you simply cannot contact this company, I tried txt , email,phone , the premesises on the street view on Google looked unoccupied, the opening hours says permanently closed,many reviews are scathing , tbh I thought I'd been scammed ! I reviewed the company on trustpilot previously noticing that they were responding to reviews. I was surprised to get a response saying that it would be delivered on the 11& and fair enough it was.

The communication with the company was excellent, despite a problem occurring with the first product which in my opinion was not down to the company, it was quickly and efficiently sorted out and a replacement sent out next day

Everyone, staff, manager, everyone , including the deliveryman was helpful, kind and courteous, . My experience was non stressful,and a true delight. I am thrilled 😁 with my purchase, and it will be installed tomorrow ☺️

Ordered a safe from their eBay site.
The safe was delivered the next day. I contacted Kian to get a invoice and he replied promptly and the invoice was emailed within a couple of hours.

We waited in all day for delivery of our order a new shower cubicle, it did not arrive even though online it said order fulfilled, I tried ringing no answer, email was returned, I’ve messaged them as well. I’m not very happy!

I ordered a close coupled toilet when I went to install I found that the cistern water inlet holes did not line up. I contacted them with my problem and they immediately sent out a replacement cistern. They were not at fault because the product numbers on both boxes matched. Toilet is now fitted and perfect . They delivered new cistern and collected old one. PERFECT!

Ordered a gun cabinet, arrived quickly, good quality and well packaged. Good communication. Overall very happy with purchase and the service. Would use again.

I ordered a cabinet for my husband, unfortunately we experienced a problem with the keys being damaged for the locks, Kian sent us replacement locks in a bid to rectify the issue, after a failed attempt the first time he sent a second lock with no quibbles until the problem was resolved. He was polite and helpful.
I found the experience with this company and Kian easy and stress free.

Ordered a transmission stand from them used it once it then broke tried numerous times toncontact them and when they did reply they just fobbed. I then bought a clarke transmission stand which when put at the side of there's shows how cheap and sub standard the stuff they sell really is AVOID dirty pro tools buy cheap buy twice
