So far I’m enjoying dhd’s customer…
So far I’m enjoying dhd’s customer service, I deal with a lot of Duramax’s at my shop and they are the perfect vendor for me. Their website has the most available duramax parts I’ve seen throughout my vendors.

Looking up the parts I needed on the web site was simple .
Looking up the parts I needed on the web site was simple , ordering was simple , the shipping price was almost the same cost as the parts ( shipping has become costly ! ) Parts showed up fairly quickly ( over 4th of July weekend ) which I anticipated a longer wait time . Parts were as ordered / I've installed the parts & the truck is now up & running . ( ordered 6-27 / received 7-5 )

The buying experience was fine
The buying experience was fine. I still haven’t received my item. Went to the page and the part is no longer available. When I ordered it it said it was in stock at the time I ordered. Hopefully I get it soon.
