I found this seller while trying to find the out-of-print collectable Destiny Year 5 Stationery Set, that wasn't at vastly overinflated prices on eBay. They had one copy left selling at RRP and on the back of their good reviews on TrustPilot and eBay I decided to give them a shot, and I was not disapointed. Shipping overseas took a litte while to arrive but when it did the product was incredible well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.

My book arrived beautifully packed and in pristine condition. It took about 2 weeks to come to the UK from Poland. Thank you.

Books were very well packed. Otherwise the entire shopping experience was great, but the shipment took about a month to arrive. That felt a bit too long from a fellow EU country.

Great prices and fast delivery with the best packaging.

Very good customer service

Great selection, perfect communication, bullet proof packaging and fast shipping!

Great prices, really fast delivery and the packaging was amazing. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
Highly recommend!

Kaikki meni kuten sovittiin.

Super! Best shop

Great prices and deals, great communication, secure packaging and fast shipping. One of the, if not the, best comic book shops in EU.

Vraiment nickel!

Great company, received my tpb today in mint condition! Many thanks guys ;)

One again received package in great condition and extra comic :D

Very friendly and everything very well packed

My boyfriend’s fav seller, i wanted to surprise him with some comics for xmas and i think he was right. Fast, quality and cheap. Thnx for the extra gift too!

Excellent customer service, bulletproof packaging, some of the best prices in Europe, and I’ve found a lot of hard to find/OOP books sold at reasonable prices. Shipping costs are about the same as other other online shops I’ve used. There’s also often large discounts, and regular stock updates, so it pays to check in and see what’s going on. If they have what I’m looking to buy, I would always prioritize buying from them. It’s great not having to worry about the state of the comics when they arrive, as they always arrive in great condition!

I've got nothing but high praise. When you're purchasing comics at directmarketcomics you can be sure that you're getting great deals and reliable service. The omnis arrived in perfect condition which is thanks to very secure packaging. It's always been a pleasure to order my books at this online store.

I used to consider this a great company with good prices and excellent customer service. However, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I received a book that was no longer sealed in plastic, covered in scratches, and looked secondhand. It was an Absolute Edition, and it seems they didn’t even bother to take the book out of the slipcase during inspection, otherwise, they would have clearly seen the scratches.

They claim that 3% of books might not be sealed or may have imperfections, but they supposedly inspect these thoroughly and send photos if the book doesn’t meet their standards. I received no such photos, and my book was far from new.

As a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of euros with them, I expected better. Instead, I was told to return the book at my own expense (around €21) if they disagreed with my claim, with no replacement offered. Otherwise, I had to keep it. I didn’t pay for a used book, and if I had known this was possible, I wouldn’t have bought it, even if it was on sale.

The book looked truly used, with scratches all over, and was not suitable for my collection. Every book I’ve ordered before was new and in perfect condition. This one clearly wasn’t, and they failed to acknowledge their mistake. It’s been bothering me so much that I felt I had to write this review.

Unfortunately, this incident has forced me to change my previously positive review into a negative one, and it is now difficult to trust them again.

If you buy from DirectMarketComics, always ask if the book is still sealed, or you might end up with a used, damaged product, and paying for their errors.

Excellent prices and very good packaging. Highly recommended!

The best prices, the best and safest packaging and on top really cool guys who run this store. Can't recommend it enough.
