Direct Kitchens fitted our kitchen a few years ago, we have just had a revamp, excellent service as always the fitter were great, we are very pleased with the finished product

We can highly recommend direct kitchens! They have certainly delivered our dream kitchen! From initial appointment and design consultation to fitting, the service was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! The third parties they recommended for our building works were also fantastic. The whole thing ran smoothly and kept to budget! Thank you to the whole team at direct kitchens!

Kitchen design was lovely, good customer service at the start. But on the fit day, it all went down hill. A planned weeks fitting took 6 weeks !. Fitter was supposed to be at my home for 9, so I took the morning off work, he didnt turn up until 3 !
Consistently late throught the whole thing, no matter how many times I contacted direct kitchens to get an update, I was fobbed off with excuses. The whole project dragged endlessly on. Just to note i have a small kitchen, so this was just ridiculous. The finished kitchen is lovely, but I would never recommend this company.

The service we received from Direct Kitches - for fitted wardrobes in our bedroom - was good although we suffered some delays caused by the delivery of the wrong draws. They did keep us well informed, however, and showed every concern. Some confusion too over payment. We paid Direct Kitchens the full amount and then their excellent joiner told us we should have paid him. I'm glad to say that he was paid promptly for his work too. On the whole we would consider using them again should we require anything similar doing in the future.

New Kitchen. Work carried out was professional and of a very high standard from start to finish. Fitters Mark and Jack were fantastic, would highly recommend.

It all went smoothly every step of the way- the whole team were lovely- friendly, efficient, clean and left things tidy. I am so delighted with my new kitchen and telling everyone about Direct Kitchens with no hesitation!Thank you all- the price was excellent too!

From walking into the showroom to the completion of our wardrobes we found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The quality of the wardrobes is excellent and were fitted perfectly. We have used Direct Kitchens on numerous occasions and we have never been let down.

We very extremely pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The workmen who came worked from about 8am to 6pm, they came on the date agreed, they cleaned up completely after themselves every night, they but the bed back and mattress every night for us. They worked efficiently and were very polite and courteous.

Wardrobes recently fitted, love the design however disappointed that they come right up to the radiator./ cover part of the radiator up. I would have thought the radiator would have been moved prior to fitting.

All the work carried out was to a extremely high standard with which we were highly satisfied. The fitting team were brilliant as was the after sales service . I would recommend Direct Kitchens without hesitation.

From our first visit to the showroom, we were impessed by the friendly, helpful advice we have received. The speed of service, free design, incredibly hard working and friendly fitters, and the quality of the kitchen was excellent. We are very pleased we chose Direct Kitchens, and would definately recommend them.

Overall I am very pleased with the workmanship and finish of my new kitchen. My only slight gripe is that I wanted the boxing around my water pipework in the kitchen to be completed but it was only half done. I didn't receive a reply to my texts requesting this be finished. It is probably something I can rectify myself but I would have liked this to have been done at the time. I would recommend Direct Kitchens to friends and family. Thanks.

We chose direct kitchens for the design and great price we got on the kitchen and the enthusiastic approach from Carl at the beginning, I say that because we were told by Carl that he would be there from start to finish checking the progress of the installation of the kitchen, but when we paid our deposit Carl was no where to be see he didn’t ever ring to ask us how things were going and hasn’t ever come to have a look at the finish results, the only good thing to come out of this is the lovely kitchen we now have and the excellent and hard working builders, kitchen fitter, plasters, and electrician. So a big thank you to roger and Jordan the builders ash the plaster and Callam the kitchen fitter and the floor fitter Sorry forgot your name . The five stars are for you!!

The installation was a large kitchen and utility the fitters worked hard all day and completed on time everything was coordinated form delivery of the kitchen to the electrician pre wiring.
The product is excellent and I would highly recommend Direct Kitchens.

Very disappointed with this company.
Customer service is key to the success of a business. People buy people. There is an inflexible approach to service here. We arranged a consultation in the house which was great however we had to the arrange a meeting for design consultation. We work away and getting time in the diary with the manager proved tricky there was only certain availability he could do. So my husband arrived in the shop for the we were told HAD to be completed in person. He was told sit anywhere when he arrived then was promptly kicked out of a chair that was the 'managers', then made to wait while Carl was 'on a more important call' despite him having scheduled the appointment himself and to which we turned up to on time. To us waiting 30 minutes to be told to 'just wait he's busy on a call', . Emmm it was his appointment schedule time to suit him not ours! My husband left eventually after no sign of any change leaving his details. We still have yet to be contacted by the manager I can only assume he's either not aware of the impact his behaviour has had or simply doesn't care or worse still thinks he's God. No apology , no recognition that our business was important. We were eventually told when a colleague phoned us back later that day when they finally realised my husband had left (the letter with details on it was a give away) that the kitchen designs could have been emailed. Real shame. We have a 50 cupboard kitchen and a 22 cupboard utility to fit. After initially been called many times by the more junior staff to make the design appointment and chased for the sale why would you just abandon us on the day for someone 'better'. New kitchens aren't cheap neither should the care that a business offers to their customers. People buy people. And as a mystery shopper and customer services trainer it isn't about what you say to a customer it's how you make them feel. As a manager if you want the credit for work that your team do then you have to show up too.

There was one or two problems along the way both with the electrics and water pipes, but all involved carried on smiling and solved the problems.
Every tradesman was cheerful and happy even in one of the wettest weeks of the year.
Not forgetting the office staff who are very helpful at all times.
I would definitely recommend Direct Kitchen.

We were recommended to contact Direct Kitchens by a friend after we mentioned that we were looking at buying a new kitchen. Carl and his team were fantastic from start to finish. No hidden price shocks and everything was itemised by Carl and a special mention to John and Lee the fitters who did a superb job.

So happy with the transformation of our kitchen, great design from Carl and excellent workmanship by fitters mark and jack very professional and friendly . I highly recommend direct kitchens .
