Du début de notre projet jusqu'à la livraison des meubles, Amélia de la société Diotti.com a été à nos côtés: échanges, visite du showroom en Italie, choix des matériaux,... Les meubles sont d'une qualité irréprochable et les délais ont été respectés. Vraiment 5 étoiles pour cette société et son personnel.

Ho acquistato un armadio devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, l’armadio è molto elegante e capiente.Francesca mi ha seguito in ogni momento dalla creazione dell’armadio fino alla spedizione.Mi reputo soddisfatta del servizio.

Ho acquistato un divano letto da Diotti, in quanto uno dei pochi Show Room in cui puoi davvero trovare i prodotti esposti e almeno provare la seduta. Il processo d’acquisto è stato molto soddisfacente. Il capitolo della consegna è stato invece davvero difficile. Purtroppo per la consegna in provincia di Bolzano hanno utilizzato un corriere a dir poco approssimativo, non contattabile direttamente per cercare una data di consegna congrua ( trattandosi di una seconda casa), e quando ho potuto parlare con un loro emissario e’ stato sgradevole al limite della maleducazione . Il servizio clienti nella persona della signorina Francesca supponente e di aiuto nullo.Mi occupo di HR , consiglio alla direzione Diotti una revisione delle competenze del personale.Alla fine il divano è stato consegnato ma attenzione: la consegna in casa costa circa 500€ e comunque me lo hanno lasciato in verticale in salotto con i braccioli smontati perché quella somma allucinante non comprende il montaggio.Ricontattato il servizio clienti mi e’ stato dato della bugiarda, in quanto i corrieri hanno sostenuto invece di averlo posizionato correttamente. Solo perché c’erano anche i montatori della cucina ( di altro mobilificio, per fortuna), ho avuto il divano montato.Alla fine sono stata omaggiata per tutti i disguidi da un buono sconto su un nuovo acquisto che non credo proprio avverrà mai.

Prodotto Freehand acquistato in due elementi di diverse dimensioni, esattamente corrispondente a come presentato sul sito. Ottima qualità dei materiali e delle finiture e facilità di montaggio.

Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de mon expérience ! La qualité des produits est excellente et correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Je suis particulièrement ravie de ma nouvelle table à manger, qui est à la fois très belle, élégante et de très bonne qualité.

Le suivi client est également irréprochable. Un grand merci à Marck pour sa disponibilité, son écoute et son professionnalisme tout au long de la commande. C’est vraiment appréciable d’avoir un interlocuteur aussi attentif et réactif.

La livraison a été très rapide et s’est déroulée parfaitement. Le livreur était ponctuel, très aimable et professionnel.

Une expérience très positive du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cette enseigne pour la qualité de ses produits, son sérieux et la qualité de son service client. Je n’hésiterai pas à renouveler l’expérience !

Wir haben eine Wohn/Bücherwand nach individuellen Wünschen anfertigen lassen. Sie ist traumhaft geworden und das Herzstück unseres Wohnzimmers. Die Qualität des Holzes ist ein Traum und besticht durch ganz dicke Platten . Vom Entwurf bis zur Lieferung des Möbelstücks wurden wir von Herrn Raffaele bestens betreut. Unser großer Dank hierfür. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Diotti.com is a great place to find Italian designer highly qualitative furnitures at competitive price. To get well finished and personnalized finishes you need a bit of patience but I was fortunate to get the very professional and reactive assistance of Marck which gave me reliable production dates and personnaly followed the delivery to my home in France. Wonderful experience on all dimensions

L'esperienza con Diotti, ed in particolare con l'interior designer Jessica è stata ottima. Con lei si è creato subito un buon feeling, ed in poco tempo ha creato la soluzione più adatta per il nostro soggiorno, assecondando le richieste e dando ottimi consigli e visione. Tornerò da lei senza dubbio per altre aree della mia casa! Una menzione anche al servizio di consegna e montaggio: sono stati efficienti, veloci ed ordinati, lasciando tutto pulito.

Servizio di consegna da parte della squadra di Mimmo eccellente. Il divano acquistato è di dimensioni importanti e hanno davvero fatto di tutto per poterlo posizionare. Grazie per il lavoro svolto.

Für die Einrichtung meiner neuen Wohnung habe ich mich für Diotti entschieden und ich könnte mit dieser Entscheidung nicht zufriedener sein. Von der ersten Beratung bis zur Lieferung und Montage war der gesamte Ablauf äußerst professionell, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die hervorragende Qualität der Möbel, das zeitlose Design und die Möglichkeit, die Produkte individuell an meine Wünsche anzupassen. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt insbesondere Raffaele, der mich während des gesamten Projekts mit viel Engagement, Fachkompetenz und Geduld begleitet hat. Ich habe mich jederzeit bestens beraten und betreut gefühlt.

Sämtliche Termine wurden zuverlässig eingehalten, die Kommunikation war jederzeit transparent und angenehm, und das Endergebnis hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wer auf der Suche nach hochwertigen Designmöbeln, exzellenter Beratung und einem rundum professionellen Service ist, dem kann ich Diotti uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen.

Abbiamo acquistato un letto imbottito in pelle, siamo molto soddisfatti della qualità eccellente della pelle e della morbidezza al tatto.
È anche molto pratico da pulire ogni giorno rispetto ai classici tessuti, e la struttura è solida e di ottima qualità.

Purtroppo, durante la consegna, il mobile è arrivato danneggiato. Tuttavia, desidero sottolineare la grande professionalità del servizio clienti. In particolare, il Sig. Raffaele si è attivato immediatamente per risolvere il problema, seguendo la pratica con attenzione e trovando una soluzione in tempi rapidi.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Tisch aus Schmelzglas und habe mich mit einigen Fotos ähnlicher Möbel an Diotti gewendet. Wurde dann sehr kompetent von Raffaele beraten, der mir geholfen hat, ein passendes Modell zu finden und dieses auf meine Wohnung massfertigen zu lassen.

Während der Produktion wurde ich regelmässig über den Fortschritt informiert, und die anschliessende Lieferung war reibungslos. Trotzt Angabe als "Lieferung bis Bordsteinkante" half mir der Speditionsfahrer, die schwere Tischplatte in die Wohnung zu tragen, sehr nett :)

Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen, speziell da keine Sprachbarriere besteht und die Beratung schnell und zuvorkommend ist!

Der Tisch sieht übrigens auch super aus ;)

This is for a 4-door sliding wardrobe ordered online from Greece. Diotti.com has a good online range of wardrobes and options to customize. The quality of the materials is very good and sturdy. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipping and delivery was very poor. I wasn't informed that my order had been shipped, and despite being told by the delivery company (which I had to call four times) that the curbside delivery - that diotti offers as the only option - would be on the pavement, the delivery person refused to unload it. It's surely not his fault that he wasn't given the appropriate equipment to unload the wardrobe, but it appeared to be a take it or leave situation for me, not quite pleasant for an order of this size for which, I was neither told that I would need to unload myself, nor I could have, even if I had been told. I don't think that there is any indication that one needs to be a heavy weight lifter to buy a wardrobe online. Also, a very small part of the order wasn't delivered, with only half of the rods being shipped and the respective selves not having holes. This doesn't make the wardrobe non-functional, but it limits the options. It's a pity that as a customer I spent so much money and effort but I only got a fraction of the services I would have if I'd ordered from a physical store.

In relation to customer service, Natarsha has been very helpful and patient. I'd appreciate if I hadn't had to manage the significant disadvantage and difficulties I was faced with, simply because diotti doesn't offer services that are relevant to its clients. The job of ordering a wardrobe cannot end with the order. Shipping, moving and installing it are all part of it. It'd be significantly less stressful if add-on services were offered, so that customer experience can be less problematic. I do understand that what was problematic, stressful, and didn't work well in my case was not directly because of diotti. Still, the particular shipping company was not my choice. If you order a wardrobe with sliding doors from diotti and you aren't based in Italy, there may not be any support for the delivery, moving items to house or the installation, I hope you don't have to climb on the truck to get the items yourself. So, if I may offer an advise, it'd be to ask and get very very specific information in writing about what happens after shipping from everyone involved. Diotti will be available to assist, even though it'll depend on local factors what can be resolved. And, about online shops, my view is that for a company, aiming to offer an experience of equal quality, breadth, options, and efficiency to all customers independently of whether online or in a physical store is a very helpful objective to have as a starting point.

I'm absolutely thrilled with both the products and the excellent service I experienced at diotti.com.
I ordered several items: a Messico sofa, a large glass display case and a Julius mirror with a shelf.
From the very beginning I was receiving great advice from Natarsha, which was invaluable since everything was ordered remotely without me being able to see and experience the actual products. Natarsha counseled me on the colors and types of fabric, even on the paint for the Julius shelf.
And, since I was under time constraints - the furniture had to be delivered to France by a firm deadline (I was leaving to fly back to the US), Natarsha and the diotti company accommodated my request, even though one item was not yet ready and will be shipped separately when I'm back in France.
Thanks to great product quality and outstanding service I now have a beautifully furnished apartment. I cannot recommend diotti highly enough, especially if you are furnishing your space remotely from a distant location. Eva Page - a very satisfied customer.

Du début jusqu’à la livraison j’ai été accompagnée par Marck et nos échanges ont été très constructifs.
Marck est toujours à l’écoute du client. Il gère avec rapidité et efficacité la moindre question posée (et il y en a eu une beaucoup)
