My first 2 orders arrived before the due date. My third order arrived a couple of days later than promised. Meaning, they probably have their logistics in place, it's the local courier that drags it. Overall, I am very happy.

First time I ordered from Dihsan back in March.. didn't think much of it as the prices were okay for most products. About 2 weeks ago I received a huge discount via email due to me being a previous customer and now I managed to save up around 40% - This is an insane offer!

The order was slightly late and on top of that we had to do an exchange as there were some issues with the fit so I wanted to change it. The new delivery came within 48 hours and they used DHL to send it so I am happy that we managed to resolve the issue.

I couldn't pass these prices and on top of that, I got a 20% discount vouchers as well so my experience has been far better than just "positive". The shipping was good, no delay and on time. Thank you all.

If luxury products are your thing then Dihsan is definitely your place to shop. I've been getting my goods from here for a lot cheaper than I would get from any large-size supplier in the US. The prices are better and so is the service. Lots of bonuses for repeat clients and I am satisfied!
