The best decision to use dignipets
We were so grateful for dignipets when we had to make the decision for our 14.5 year old dog Bella to go to sleep. Paula was so calming, patient and professional and she treated us all with respect and kindness in such a hard time. We decided for our children to be there with us too and Paula was great, asking if they wanted to do a picture to go with Bella. We would absolutely recommend dignipets as our old girl was able to go to sleep peacefully in her own home where she felt safe and comfortable and didn’t suspect anything, it was the best decision we made for all of us. Lucian helped us give our Lola such a peaceful ending. I was so scared and Lucian helped saying goodbye that bit easier. He explained everything that was happening and showed genuine care. She went to rainbow bridge peacefully and dignified. I highly recommend

My son rang you and I have no idea how…
My son rang you and I have no idea how he got your number. This was the most amazing service. My Winnie was treated amazingingly. They were with us for an hour making sure we had time with Winnie. They put a blanket over him and it smelt like comfort. I know that sounds weird but they care about everything. She drove away slowly so we could wave him goodbye. Fantastic team of people
Absolutely amazing team who really care for pets and their families. From the first phone call they are just amazing. I have used dignipets twice, and would not have anyone else to take care of my other pets when the time comes.
Nothing is rushed, and they explain everything to you beforehand, as well as talking you through the procedure as they go along. Overall, the experience was very peaceful, and i felt reassured at all times.

Dignipets gave us peace
Dignipets were extremely helpful and respectful at this heartbreaking time.The lady vet called Maya helped us through this difficult time.Sadly I have lost many pets over the years.But this time Maya took time to explain each stage encouraging our other dog to be present She was professional and caring the whole process was calm and peaceful I have never experienced such a peaceful ending of a pet.Should I ever require this service again the first people I will turn to are Dignipets.

We had to say goodbye to our much loved…
We had to say goodbye to our much loved Boxer, Charlie.
I contacted Dignipets and within a few hours Maya attended.
She was exemplary, kind, compassionate and professional.
She explained what was happening at every stage.
She treated both Charlie and myself with dignity and respect, making his passing calm and peaceful.
I felt confident handing him in to her care for cremation.
I can't thank you enough.

The lovely Paula who came out to us eased our anxiety and worries straight away she explained everything step by step. We contacted Dignipets in Suffolk as our old cat Boris had reached the end. He was mostly an outside cat who hated being taken anywhere. Vicki came out soon after and was kind and gentle with him (and us) and helped him peacefully on his way. Thank you Dignipets and Vicki.

Peaceful and respectful goodbye.
I always wanted my almost 19 year old cat to have a peaceful goodbye at home. She never liked cars or vets so I googled and I chose Dignipets. The most heartbreaking day, the 6th of January, was managed by vet Alex who had a quiet, gentle and calm manner. He never rushed us and explained the process. It was peaceful and respectful. From my initial call to Alex’s visit, I found dignipets an easy and caring company to use.

Great service
Dignipets arranged for a vet to attend our home on the same day. Vet who attended, Paula, was absolutely wonderful. Patient, caring, professional. Explained every stage and supported us in our decision. The actual process was carried out with great care and compassion. No rushing and our dog had a very peaceful, pain free end to her suffering. Dignipets a Sad Time made bearable
We knew the very sad time had come to say Goodbye to our Precious Cocker Spaniel Lady at nearly 16 she had a wonderful life and in death she had a calm and peaceful departure over the Rainbow Bridge in her own bed being cuddled by myself and my husband, this experience was down to a Wonderful Lady called Miriam who had travelled on one of the worst Icy days 2nd January 26 after us calling Dignipets that morning, she kept in contact to reassure us where she was, on arrival she was so kind and Compassionate she assured us there was no rush and left us peacefully saying our final Goodbyes, she explained every detail and we are so grateful we had someone with so much Empathy for our girl and us, afterwards she sent a lovely Sympathy card and a beautiful message again keeping us up to date, when Lady was returned to us Miriam had made sure her blanket we had sent with her and the print of her foot was also back with her ashes, also the Crematorium Information and
the Memorial Book Information. Thank you Miriam and dignipets for making a very sad time bearable, knowing she was blessed to be in the best hands

Calm, peaceful and dignified
Dignipets were recommended by a friend who recently lost her dog. From initial contact to final goodbyes the service provided was exceptional, timely and supportive. Paula came to visit and explained the process clearly giving us time at each phase to be with Ringo. I was so pleased we were able to give Ringo the quiet, safe and familiar final goodbye where he was not scared and went to sleep peacefully. Saying goodbye is never easy, but Paula’s professional and compassionate approach made a world of difference. Paula was incredibly calm and empathetic, ensuring we understood every step of the process and never making us feel rushed. She took the time to explain everything clearly to us so we felt supported throughout the process. She was incredibly lovely with Evie too who she made feel relaxed and comfortable. A gentle service for both human and animal
The vet was lovely, very empathetic and supportive. We have lost pets before and had them put to rest at the vets, which was fine but this experience was so much better.
The vet gave us lots of time and didn't rush. Our dog was in pain and couldn't get comfortable so she sedated her first so we could make her more comfortable before the final injection. We aren't particularly squeamish but she did everything under a blanket so the whole process was as gentle as could be both for us and our pet.
We would highly recommend the service.

Hard to rate " an experience " at such a sad time. But Alex turned up on time and was thoroughly professional at all times. Showed great compassion through the process. May not help our feeling of grief, but certainly didn't add to our woes which could easily happen at times like these.
