Title: Unlimited Plan That Barely Works — No Accessible Cancellation Option
I purchased DigitalXLR’s Unlimited Seedance 2.0 + GPT Image 2 monthly subscription for $35, expecting a functional AI generation service with unlimited access as advertised. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The primary problem is that video generation frequently fails. Requests are rejected with generic content-policy warnings, including prompts that contain nothing objectionable. Other attempts become stuck, fail to load, or produce results that are unusable.
I contacted customer support and followed their recommendation to simplify my prompts. When that didn’t resolve the problem, I also tried their suggested alternative of creating a character within the platform. The same issues continued.
Rather than resolving these technical problems, support closed my ticket. I subsequently found myself unable to submit another support request.
The most concerning issue is subscription cancellation. My account clearly shows an active monthly subscription and recurring billing, yet I could not find an accessible cancellation option. The payment confirmation email also provided no cancellation link.
I have now been forced to request cancellation and a refund through email and take additional precautions to prevent future charges.
An unlimited subscription has little value when the service repeatedly rejects or fails to complete generations. Customers should not have to struggle to use a paid product, obtain support, or cancel recurring billing.
My recommendation: Exercise extreme caution before subscribing. Verify the actual functionality, refund conditions, and cancellation process before providing payment information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DigitalXLR.
