I have had multiple problems with this site. Trying to contact customer service and get any response is ridiculous. I never receive a response back.
Back in March, emailed the customer help desk about not receiving links to any downloads that I have purchased. I did not get a response back for months and then when I did, it was to tell me the person in charge of the customer support was in an accident, but still my problem was not resolved.
In January of 2022, I purchased a year of AnthologyFlex, which should end in December of 2022.
I do not have access to the downloads for this month. I did submit a ticket for help, but not really thinking that they will respond.
So please beware of purchasing from this site.

Terrible. I was overcharged $12 for items I bought that should've been $4 but I was charged $16. I contacted customer service TWICE and got no response. I even had a picture from the website that the items I bought should've been a different price from what I was charged. Nothing. Nada. Crickets. I will never ever buy from this site again and I will do all I can to get the word out so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Shame on them!

They fulfilled all my wishes.
They didn't delay delivery.
And in general, they organise everything so that you are completely satisfied.

Digitalscrapbookingstudio.com is full of very helpful and useful information about scrapbooking with beautiful outstanding kits. Each month they have a new designer of the month with lots of kits helpful advice and interesting topics. I found it a very special place to visit.

I first joined this site way back in the early 2000's when it was called The Studio... thus, that is still what I call it, but the word digitalscrapbooking has now become a part of the URL to find it. I have loved that the owner Toiny was always hands on and totally involved with the site... for many years I remained in the background, but the past 3 years I have become very immersed in the site... Loving the challenges and the variety of designers... several of the designers have become personal friends through their interactions with us, the customers... at the beginning of covid, they started weekend lockdowns with hourly challenges usually led by the designer who designed the challenge, and at the same time the challenge was revealed, that designer was in the chat room talking to us... It was truly a wonderful experience to realize that this whole covid thing has affected everyone around the whole world in the same ways... very unifying... and getting to know the designers on a personal level was amazing! customer service is prompt and oriented to helping , in a positive manner with whatever your issues are... the site is friendly and welcoming. Join us on July 15 for a new 2.5 week long challenge called Layout a day (LAD) will be Christmas in July...

I love this site. I love the designers. I get to know them by the messages they leave. I love the challenges.

Digital Scrapbooking Studio is a great place for scrappers with fabulous designers and plenty of inspiring challenges. I love the community as a designer but also as a scrapper. In the gallery I find many inspirations and in the forum lots of love.

Super great place for scrapbookers. The designers are tops; the challenges are very inspiring; there are tutorials & people who are helpful; and the people who hang out there so friendly & helpful.
I especially like it when they do a layout a day challenge...it really gets your mojo going. And the designers & Toiny gave us fun filled Saturday chats all through the isolation.
They are open to new ideas -- ready, willing & able!

I joined DSS as a designer in October 2018.
I discovered a shop where I feel very good. The team is so pleasant, available, always there to help if necessary and provide advice. I fear my entry because of the language barrier, I do not speak English, but French.
My joy is very great to feel welcome and at home.
I would like to thank the whole team, the fabulous designers of the store and the customers of this wonderful store.

Digital Scrapbooking Studio is a fun place to hang out and shop! The designers have a lot of amazing products that you want to add to your stash and the community is very chatty and compassionate towards one another. It's really a great place to show off your layouts and be part of a growing community!

Digital Scrapbooking Studio is the BEST! I came here knowing zero about making layouts and digital designs and I have learned to much from the designers and the wonderful people here. The designers are top notch, they are extremely talented. And now all of them, staff included are my friends and I adore every single one of them. No matter what you style is, there is something here for you, just go look at what they have created and you will fall in love. Friendly, helpful, caring and giving people. I love it here!

The Studio is one of my favorite online spots to visit! The kits (& prices) are great and everyone there is so friendly! I love doing the challenges.

Digital Scrapbooking Studio is a great place to find inspiration, to learn new things and to meet fellow scrappers.
I'm an active member since august 2019 and I have no regrets. The owner, her team and the designers are all very helpfull. I bought very nice stuff to scrap with. Thank you for all the work done to allow us to do scrapbooking!

Digital Scrapbooking Studio has the best designers! Wether you're looking for art journaling, traditional art, hand drwan art, realistic art or other styles. Visit the Studio and you'll find what you are looking for ...both personal use and commercial use. The community is outstanding! I love to hang out in the forum with kind members of different nationalities and a lot of challenges and events. The shop owner Toiny isn't an éminence grise in the background. No! She shares her life with us and is alwas helpful as well as the whole team. What should I say? Digital Scrapbooking Studio is family!

DSS is a fun, friendly and inspiring digital scrapbooking site! There are tons of challenges, tutorials and friendly members. The shop is full of amazing designs, several different styles and I can always find something to fit my photos!

I joined the Digital Scrapbooking Studio in June 2015. At first, I was just a member enjoying all the Challenges and beautiful Kits that were available to buy and scrap with. Then in August 2017 I decided to make the move to designing and for the last three years I have been one of the Designers at DSS. It is a privilege to be part of this dynamic team, who are always there when you need a helping hand or to give advice. This group of ladies are wonderful to work with and I love working with them. Viva DSS!!! You are the best!!

I love that DSS is a truly global community, and is home to some of my favourite designers. The quality and variety is amazing and I have never had a problem with any of my downloads - both PU and CU. Plus there are Daily Deals at a huge discount, forum challenges with freebies, and the occasional but totally amazing blog hop. Plus did I mention the points?! - every time you buy something (some exclusions) you get points which you can save up to buy even more stuff with! How many stores do that?! Definitely my number one shopping spot!

I have been a member of the Studio since November 5, 2012 and I love it. It's like one big family. The forum has great challenges, always something special going on. The store has the some of the best kit, great designers with the highest quality products.
