Excellent quality

So far, I have purchased two books (for two different languages) from this vendor. I expect some more to follow.

I am delighted with the quality of the books and the excellent customer service. I fully recommend Digital Polyglot for any and all serious language learners.

There was a problem with the delivery. Once contacten by the client support the problem was solved. Top service correct treatment!

Great customer service

Great customer service! The books look good, even though I have picked them up only today. They look exactly like on the photos, I hope they are going to help me with learning the language.

The books are good (I got two from…

The books are good (I got two from Argentina). I bought them thinking they are hardcover but they are paper back. The images of the book do not match the products. I emailed them about that. On Shop there’s no warning of that.

Satisfied customer

I am very happy with my order of "Colombian books". Delivery was fast and customer servis amazing. I by mistake put the wrong address and Alejandro over email was very helpful, my package arrived fast. I also like the content of books although I've read only one so far :)

I think the books are helpful

I think the books are helpful, I have only just started tho and working on the first story.
I think an audio app would be helpful to help with correct pronunciation.

I personally write the English word above all the words I don’t know and re read the story over again and again. When I move onto the next story I’ll read over it and mark words I do know and words I don’t. I’m not sure how others go about it - could be intresting to know if I’m doing it right.

From what you described, it sounds like you’re approaching the stories in a very thoughtful and meaningful way, and we’re glad they’re helping you build confidence as you go.

Outstanding customer service

The test of any business’ customer service is when something goes wrong, and on this Digital Polyglot can’t be faulted. Alejandro was so helpful and attentive when there was an issue with delivery of my order. He sent a new package by special delivery and I got it on the day he specified, he even followed up to make sure I got it.
Really excellent service and I wish Alejandro all the best with the business.

I received excellent service

I received excellent service. Alejandro was friendly and clear in his communication. He proactively helped me think things through and made the process as smooth as possible. Sometimes it's nerve-wracking to have a package delivered from another country, unsure if everything will go smoothly or if customer service will be available. That's absolutely not the case with Digital Polyglot. They stand for good and reliable service!
