Very disappointing experience with Digital Aptech.
A project initially planned for 3 months ended up taking more than a year, and even today, several parts are still incomplete.
Throughout the project, communication was inconsistent and difficult. I also experienced multiple issues with hosting and post-launch support, including service interruptions that directly impacted my business.
At certain points, I had to step in and handle parts of the work myself just to keep the project moving, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
Following my public feedback, I also experienced additional service interruptions and messages indicating that hosting and code access could be stopped, which further raised concerns about reliability and professionalism.
Overall, this situation resulted in a significant loss of time and money and no fair commercial resolution has been offered despite these issues.
I do not recommend this company.
