Dear Digital 365 Demand Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger regarding a critical issue with my purchase from your company. On 31st July 2023, I purchased a Canva Pro Lifetime Subscription (Order #12039) from Digital 365 Demand. This purchase was made with the understanding that it was a lifetime subscription to Canva Pro. However, to my shock and immense inconvenience, this subscription has been unfairly revoked.

The abrupt cancellation of the service that was explicitly sold as a "lifetime" subscription is not only highly disruptive but also blatantly misleading. This action severely undermines the trust and confidence I had in your company and its promises. I am appalled by the lack of communication or justification for this sudden revocation and find it completely unacceptable.

Attached to this email, you will find a screenshot of the payment confirmation for your reference. This serves as proof of the transaction made under the assumption of receiving a lifetime service, as advertised by your company.

I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. It is imperative that my Canva Pro Lifetime Subscription, as per Order #12039, be reinstated immediately. Furthermore, I insist on a thorough explanation for the cancellation of my subscription and a guarantee that such disruptions will not recur.

Please note that the email used for the registration and purchase is the same from which I am sending this email.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Digital 365 Demand and expect a prompt and satisfactory response to this email. Failure to address this issue adequately will force me to consider further actions, including legal options and sharing this grievance on consumer forums and social media.

I await an immediate response and resolution.

I buy generatepress theme but it's not updated plugin also no update available. They provide 2.3.0 but officially latest released 2.3.2. Second when I see the licence key starting letter, it has crack theme which I used in my first mistake on 2016.Don't buy these products they're basically fraudsters.
