Great customer service
I can't leave a review on the scales as they were bought as a gift. However the customer service from this company is excellent. I mistakenly ordered 2 items and when I rang them the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He cancelled one item and immediately refunded me. The item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend this company.

The item seems a very reasonable price, and was the type I wanted. Delivery was quick and efficient. Used the scales this morning to gather data on bird weights for the national bird ringing scheme and they were absolutely fine.
