The worst customer service. They ignore users and ask irrelevant questions. They closed my account, and when I contacted them, the support team was incredibly stupid. They ignored the issue and asked silly questions. When I inquired about the reason for the question, they ignored my question and then asked another unrelated question. I think the AI model is also stupid. I don't expect them to resolve the problem. It's been over six days, and my money is still tied up on the site.

Digiseller в таких случаях даже не пытается разбираться: «нам всё равно, разбирайтесь сами».
Итог — продавец несёт расходы за чужие ошибки, а покупатель понимает, что ему всё можно.
Вывод: работать здесь — значит брать на себя все риски системы, которая даже не скрывает, что стоит на стороне покупателя при любом раскладе. Сами решайте, нужно вам такое или нет.

PlatiMarket is a platform where the seller is always the default culprit.
Even if the buyer is fully at fault — ignores messages, refuses to communicate, violates the process, or simply disappears — all it takes is for them to contact Digiseller support, and the seller gets punished.
The system works bluntly:
• the buyer ignores you →
• doesn’t provide required info →
• doesn’t respond at all →
• then files a complaint →
and the seller is forced to issue a refund,
plus pay an additional fee, despite having zero fault.
Digiseller doesn’t investigate the situation — their response essentially comes down to: “we don’t care, handle it yourself.”
Bottom line: being a seller here means carrying all the risks while the buyer gets full protection, regardless of their behavior. Decide for yourself if this environment is acceptable.

I am a seller on this site, and have sold more than 300 units of goods, in general I am happy with this, but on the buyer's side you can be subjected to bad actions from the seller. Do not forget to leave negative reviews for sellers on the product page if you did not receive something, this will help you get your money back.
