I rarely leave negative reviews, but consumers genuinely deserve to know what can happen when things go wrong with Dieux.

Ironically, my very first interaction with the company was extremely positive - I emailed politely explaining how much both my daughter and I loved the Air Angel cream and how excited we were for the new serum launch. I simply asked for clarification after repeatedly being unable to place an order for the serum in the UK despite no clear warning regarding shipping restrictions.

From there, the entire experience deteriorated completely.

I have now sent EIGHT emails regarding unresolved order issues and an undelivered parcel, despite being directly told by the brand’s Instagram team that my case would be “prioritized and resolved right away.” Instead, I was effectively ignored while the company continued heavily advertising across social media.

Tracking was marked “delivered,” however no parcel was ever received by me. No meaningful investigation, accountability, or proper customer support followed.

What concerns me most is the apparent lack of care once a customer encounters a problem. Communication became extremely poor, responses were generic or dismissive, and resolving the issue felt impossible despite repeated reasonable attempts on my part.

For an expensive skincare brand that heavily promotes customer experience and community, this has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.

I would strongly encourage potential international customers - especially UK buyers paying high shipping costs, taxes, and duties, to carefully consider the risks before ordering. If something goes wrong, obtaining meaningful assistance or resolution may prove extremely difficult.

This matter has now had to be escalated formally through my payment provider and consumer channels due to the company’s failure to resolve it directly.

Placed an order during Black Friday weekend with 7-10 days shipping. A week goes by, no shipping notification, no communication. I emailed them on Monday, no response until I DM them on every social media account on Wednesday.

They were sold out of one of the products. And instead of communicating this with ppl who ordered it, they just go radio silent but continue to promote said product. Offered $10 (LOL) and said it should ship within 24 hours. If I wasn’t leaving next week, I’d suck it up, but they advertised 7-10 days, and we ordered accordingly to ensure delivery prior to leaving. I don’t want it to sit in my lobby for 2 weeks. I asked if they could either upgrade my shipping so it arrives in time, or just cancel if they cannot honor their shipping commitments. They chose the latter, so I guess they don’t care about customer retention. I’m all for supporting a small business directly, but the terrible customer service of some of these online brands is so disappointing.

I use the Air Angel daily and my skin thanks me for that.

Look no further. Instant Angel cream is the only thing I’ve been using for years. The products Dieux makes are amazing and incredible performance formulations.

This company uses straight blasphemy of Gods name. It should not be sold until they can think of a creative name for your brand that does not use mockery! Can’t even imagine how bad the product is itself. If a company can care that little of others religion just imagine how little they care what goes on your face! Skin bible is a joke and the name of the brand is a joke along with the product names. I pray this company finds originality and some self respect for themselves, employees, and customers! Overall this is just sad

I think the products are amazing, but the packaging is highly wasteful and inconvenient for the user. The Air Angel has a pump that stops collecting product so early on that have to spoon out SEVERAL WEEKS worth of product manually during each use. Instead of creating (and wasting) time & resources on a sillicone stick that you guys sell to help remedy this, change the design of the bottle! By using this stick that I bought from you guys, I have to untwist the cap for the bottle, manually scoop out my product, and then wash and cleanly store the stick for the next use EVERY TIME. Vs if the product had a proper bottle, I'd use the pump action as normal (takes 1 second), or there would be a different squeeze designed bottle that I could use a twisting key on. I understand that with pump action bottles, there will naturally be some product left at the bottom, but this is ALOT of product that is at the bottom, leaving me with this manual process of trying to use a significant amt of product that's left for weeks. I most likely won't be reordering this product just based on the design.

I am writing my first review on here because I need to rave about my experience with Dieux! I have never really focused on a skincare routine and just used whatever was on sale or caught my eye in ads. I was dazzled by an Instagram ad for Air Angel last year, bought it, tried it and really liked it. Good experience! Then about a month ago I was dazzled by the Glow Trinity bundle (Baptism, Instant Angel, Deliverance) and holy crap - this is the magical combo my skin has been waiting for. Baptism is the lightest, gentlest gel cleanser I've ever use. Instant Angel feels rich and thick when coming out of the tube but still feels light on my dry skin. And Baptism has already started to even out my very uneven skin tone (mostly sun spots on my forehead). I believe I just needed this combo of products instead of years of random cleansers and serums and moisturizers. The bundle isn't CHEAP but I'm willing to spend more on products that I know work work together, and work well. I'm a convert. Thank you, Dieux!!!

excellent wait times! i love a brand that cares about the environment and im happy they’re taking a planet-friendly approach to skin care. it was my first time using tiktok shop to purchase something and i was not disappointed! my only critique would be to work towards making the other products in sustainable packaging as well (ex: aluminum or glass instead of plastic). also, i was given a key-like tool as a gift and i have no idea what this thing does. i emailed support and it’s been a couple days since they’ve reached back out, so customer service needs a bit of improvement. overall pleased with my purchase 🫶🏼
