Fountain Finances is a claims management company that owns and operates consumer websites to help consumers start a claims process for mis sold products: this might include claims such as diesel emissions and various types of claims related to car finance. Some claims will be in a regulated environment and some may be in a non-regulated environment and each individual website will make this clear. We do not run the claims process, but introduces consumers to selected law firms who will ascertain the validity of a consumer claim and then run the claim if it meets their criteria. You do not have to pay us anything. We will be paid a fee by the law firm when we refer your case to them.
Constantly make spam phone calls. When I ask for my details to be removed, they simply hang up. Will be reporting to ICO as this contravenes GDPR regulations. I hope they fine them the max 10% of global revenue for blatantly ignoring all data regulations.
Scammers!! They keep messaging but do not give a telephone number to opt out of their constant harrassing messages. Avoid them like the plague !!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. I looked at the site. After putting all my details in on the application form to see if I was able to make a claim. I decided not to go ahead with a claim. That was over 2 months ever since I have been hounded with phone calls and e-mails. They will not take no for an answer . They will not accept I am not interested AVOID AVOID AVOID
Receive phone call from a woman with Fountain Finance telling me I’m entitled to further money following successful PPI claim re Plevin case. Extremely rude woman - demanding that I immediately send my ID via photo message (!!) whilst she stays on the line then berates me for not having it on me whilst at work! Says I am breaking the law by not having my ID on me. Get fooked. 1 star is too much. AVOID!!

I managed to claim back my money for having a diesel car years ago so it was a nice bonus for me! DieselEngine were very helpful and I have recommended them to my friends to see if they can get some money back too 👍🏼
