Well packaged, speedy dispatch
Online ordering system is good and item was dispatched promptly however the only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the payment verification process.
I fully understand that it's important to have precautions in place to help prevent scams and fraud but the verification was not real-time so if I had not left the laptop open with the mail app in view while I took a shower before heading out to work, I would not have noticed the email regarding payment verification which could well have significantly delayed this order.
Visa and Mastercard have verification systems that can be implemented in real-time during the checkout process. I'd recommend considering one of those options.
