I had a great experience with Diamond Pet Travel when travelling from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Paris, to Manchester with my cat. The service was professional, friendly and reliable, and great care was taken to make the journey as comfortable and stress-free as possible for both me and my cat. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend Diamond Pet Travel to anyone looking for private pet transport between the UK and Europe. Thank you for such a fantastic service!

Super service from Mustafa, very comfortable and clean car. Mustafa made my travel much easier taking care of all paperwork crossing the tunnel.
Best service at best prices and i totally recommend Diamond services 👌

Great experience with Diamond Pet Travel! They picked Daisy and me up directly from our hotel in Paris and dropped us off at our home in London. The whole journey was smooth, comfortable and stress-free. Everything was very well organised and Daisy was well taken care of throughout. Would definitely recommend! 🐾🤍

We can't recommend Diamond Pet Travel highly enough!

They transported our three cats from Munich, Germany to Perth, Scotland and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

We thought moving pets internationally would be a very stressful experience but Mustapha made the whole journey easy and gave us complete peace of mind.

He was friendly, professional and reassuring. He kept us updated throughout the journey with regular texts, photos and videos of our cats, which meant so much to us. Being able to see that our pets were safe, comfortable and being well looked after really made all the difference.

The care, communication and professionalism we received were exceptional. A huge thank you for making such a big journey a positive experience for both us and our cats!

We used Diamond Pet Travel to transport our two Shiba Inus from the south of France to London, and couldn't be happier with the service!

Mustapha was professional, responsive and genuinely caring throughout, from the first enquiry all the way to delivery. He took real care with our more nervous dog, adapting his approach so she'd feel safe, and brought a colleague along specifically to make sure both dogs were comfortable the whole way. He kept us updated during the journey and our dogs arrived safe, calm and happy. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, caring pet transport service!

Thanks so much Mustapha for a great service. Its was much appreciated and we enjoyed the journey and your professionalism and knowledge/experience of the Le Shuttle route made this our smoothest crossing yet. Our dog Beau was comfortable and safe throughout. We had to switch to a pet taxi to make the return crossing after our motorhome was damaged in Spain and the insurance company repatriated us. This part of the return journey was the only part that went without a hitch!

Mustafa was kind, professional and a great driver! Very glad we went with Diamond Pet Travel. We are so grateful for his last minute booking and help getting our cat safely to the UK. Le shuttle was experiencing delays and he did all he could to keep us comfortable and get us on an earlier train.

Perfect chauffeuring service from Mustafa; arrived on time and was patient and kind, especially towards our dog. Pet friendly taxi that I highly recommend. He helped with our bags and got us to our train station in a timely manner, safely and securely.
