Diamond Pest Control Anmeldelser

Great service from Diamond pest control. The company’s pest control expert, Derek, answered every question and made sure to keep me in the loop. Ideally I would not have to call them again but I know that if I did I could do it with confidence that I will get just as good a service.

Derek was a life saver! He came quickly and dealt with the problem in record speed. I was so grateful- was really distressed about the trapped animal behind my fireplace. Derek dealt with it and was totally reassuring about gotten rid of the issue.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! They came within the hour, were friendly, professional, reassuring, and most importantly sorted out the problem. Thanks so much

We are very happy with Diamond Pest Control team and recommend them 100%. We had a very fast response, they were very patient and helpful during this stressing situation of really bad bed bugs infestation. They explained everything very well and visited as much as we needed until all the bed bugs were killed. Special thanks to our technician Aaron, he was amazing. Also big thanks to Maria and Phoenix.

Elliot called and told me what time he would meet me and turned up very prompt. He was extremely polite and explained everything he was going to do and thoroughly inspected the property for signs of little critters. He also told me what equipment he would be using etc. He then carried out the work thoroughly. He then gave me all contact numbers and advise as to what to do in case we needed to get hold of him.
He was absolutely excellent, friendly, knew his job and was very reassuring and made a date to come back to the property. I will be recommending Diamond Pest Control to my friends.

Great service, quick response and punctual.

Diamond Pest control were excellent. I emailed 3 companies and DPC got back first. I outlined the issue and sent photos of the bugs. We then agreed a date and price (which was very reasonable). The communication was very quick and informative. Then their technician (Phoenix) arrived and was extremely polite and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had an infestation in the eaves in our loft and the bugs spread through the house very quickly. The technician Phoenix visited 3 times over a 3 week period and the problem was dealt with. There was minimal disruption and the whole process was easy and successful. I’d recommend Diamond Pest Control to all.

Great service - Elliot was friendly, knowledgable and has sorted my mice issue. Thanks!
