Not recommend.

After two years of use, the faux leather upholstery on the chair (Diablo X-ONE 2.0) began to fall apart. It crumbled into tiny pieces and became almost unusable. It looked terrible and couldn't be purchased separately.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this situation must be.

Unfortunately, the product is no longer covered by the two-year warranty, which means we're unable to replace the seat under warranty conditions.

We'd also like to clarify that the seat is not available as a separate item for purchase. It is a key structural component of the chair, and offering it separately would require a full recertification of the product. For this reason, the manufacturer only provides it for warranty and service purposes.

Other parts, such as wheels, armrests, or mechanisms, can be purchased individually, as their replacement does not affect the overall safety certification of the chair.

We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely regret that we're unable to offer a more satisfactory solution in this case.

No viene ni agarrado el cojín se cae sistemáticamente cada vez que me levanto, los materiales regulares postura incomoda, los tornillos no me coincidian bien en fin no merece la pena

Queremos aclarar que el cojín está diseñado como elemento ajustable y no fijo, para que cada usuario pueda colocarlo según sus preferencias ergonómicas. No obstante, entendemos que esto puede no cumplir con las expectativas de todos.

Premium Price, Broken Chair, Zero Support - Never Again, Diablo Chairs

ordered a Diablo V-Master chair before Christmas for around 350 EUR. Delivery was fast, but unfortunately the quality is unacceptable.

From day one, the left armrest has been loose due to a factory defect: the metal thread is stripped, making the armrest completely unusable and impossible to replace. This is a major issue. In addition, one of the buttons used to adjust the backrest has never worked and has been stuck since day one.

I contacted customer support before the end of the year and received no response. In 2026, I finally received a generic email stating that they had a high volume of inquiries and asking for patience. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, including photos and a video of the defects, but received no reply.

I completely regret ordering from Diablo Chairs. For this price, both the product quality and customer service are unacceptable. If I do not receive a response within 1–2 business days, I will contact the relevant consumer protection authority.

Los defectos que mencionas —un reposabrazos defectuoso desde el primer día y un mecanismo de ajuste del respaldo que no funciona— no cumplen con nuestros estándares de calidad y no deberían ocurrir, especialmente en un producto de esta gama.

Silla Diablo X One Prime

He comprado a Diablo Chairs una Diablo X One Prime de tamaño normal en color blanco y la silla es magnífica. Tiene una excelente calidad en materiales y acabados, es muy cómoda y estéticamente es una pasada. Me tardó en llegar unos doce días y venía perfectamente embalada, la caja llegó intacta. La silla no es barata, pero paso muchas horas frente al ordenador y necesitaba una silla que cubriese mis necesidades así que estoy súper contenta con ella.

Compre una mochila no me han devuelto el dinero - no compreis

Compre una mochila, que a mi hijo no le gusto. Al realizar la devolucion en el periodo de desistimiento legal, todo por la su pagina web oficial de diablochairs, la recogieron a los dos dias sin problema. Sin embargo ahora dicen que no la encuentran que hablaran con el transportista... conclusion que me han quitado 60 euros que no me devuelven desde hace mas de mes y medio.Sin mochila y sin dinero. Bajo ningun concepto compreis en esta tienda mi numero de pedido 24172665. Me parece una verguenza, no me habia pasado esto con ninguna compra online y mira que compro en montones de sitios * 15/12 responden a los 5 meses y dicen que lo estan comprobando cln el transportista. Increible. Pero que sigo sin que me devuelvan nada. Lo dicho una estafa de empresa 01/01 me envian mail diceindo que contacte con ellos en atencion al cliente que sino cerraran el caso. Pues bueno no pasa nada les vuelvo a enviar mail a info....diablochairs se lo vuelvo a explicar todo , a ver que excusa contestan a ahora para no devolver los 60 euros. Lo dicho lo que nunca me ha pasado online con una compra.11/01/2026 han cumplido y me han devuelto los 60 euros. tema resuelto pero q necesidad hay de todo esto.

Decent Service, Underwhelming Product

Positive points:
Fast shipping.
Easy return process and fairly quick refund.

Negative points:
- During the return process, BRT courier picked up the chair, but the seller initially denied arranging the pickup, causing stress and confusion. In the end, the courier was correct, but communication was poor.

- The Diablo X Eye 2.0 chair is advertised as comfortable ("Soft Black") and breathable. In reality, the seat is very hard and becomes uncomfortable after a short time. The fabric is not truly breathable: even in April with mild temperatures, you sweat easily.

- The material feels more like a type of alcantara or a fabric blend, not the breathable gaming fabric as advertised.

- Assembly was difficult: many screws (2 on each side of the backrest and about 6 under the seat) were pre-tightened to avoid losing them during transport, but removing them was very hard and tiring. Reinstalling them after positioning the backrest and support also required considerable effort.

- Disassembling the chair for the return was even harder, especially detaching the mechanism under the seat.

- Quality issues: the left armrest wouldn't lock properly, and the side stitching on the backrest was crooked. The seat already showed typical alcantara marks, ruining the "new product" appearance.
