Their customer service is really top tier once you sell your supplies and submit your quote, because they contact you throughout the process from beginning to finish. So with them, you are not left wondering what's going on in the process. To me, that's quite reassuring!
I recently sold products on April 17, I received my shipping label the same day and took my items to the post office to ship off. They sent messages letting me know every step of the process. Once they received my items, they sent a message to let me know the full breakdown of what was accepted and the breakdown of why and about payment information. Ive always gotten paid what was quoted on the explanation and it was very clear why and I got my products not used returned to me. What I learned on the best results on payouts, it is best to look at their requirements for the way to send in your stuff and always pack your with the best packing materials. Let them remove your labels so, nothing gets damaged.
