From the moment I got my quote I knew I was dealing with a company of the highest caliber. Constant friendly clear communication, free shipping, payment is fast!!! Already sending more now. If you are looking for the best place to sell your items, you have found it here.

I came across this company online and was very glad I did because I got a good price for my Dexcom 7’s and they paid for the shipping too! Communication is amazing and they even followed up after I got paid to make sure I was happy.

Answer all my questions Kristine was available whatever I needed help she walked me through and mailed the wrong package to the wrong people never got paid from them. The service with diabetic trust is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone and I hope they have more soon so I can get them in the pay came as they said within three or four business days and the pay was very well.

Very professional site and very professional and a good price deal. Easy to work with and I'm looking forward to continue making business with them.

I have truly been very impressed with Diabetics Trust. I have worked with them over the last several months and every detail and process went perfectly. Diabetics Trust is a model for how a business should be run. Every person I dealt with was not only completely professional but also made me feel important and appreciated. Shipping, inspection, and payment are all done very quickly. I highly recommend working with them.

Excellent service. They walked me through the paperwork form from the beginning. The sensors were shipped on 12/11 and delivered on 12/15. Was notified on 12/16 all were accepted and a check sent out the same day. I highly recommend this company.

A GREAT experience! We have gone through Diabetic Trust 2 times now and are very satisfied. Fast to answer any questions and the check came very promptly as well. Will definitely use again.

This was my first time and the customer service and company guided me through the whole process with ally questions answered and very prompt i might add. Great choice and experience!

Outstanding ordering experience with this company! Very communicative, terrific support and extremely competent staff. Already working on a follow up order. These guys are good!

I chose Diabeticstrust among several institutions for our first collaboration, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The most important reason for my choice, and what sets them apart, is their refund option, which addressed many of my concerns. Even though I have to cover the return postage, it is reasonable. Overall, friendly and prompt responses: 5 stars; fast payment processing: 5 stars. So far, I have no complaints.

They were absolutely easy and fast! Communication was excellent — the whole time — and I got paid so fast. I will absolutely work with them again!

A year ago I came across Diabetics Trust as I was looking to sell some of my supplies. After doing research looking at a few other companies. I felt led to connect with DT because of their quality customer service reviews. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Sally and reached out after making a submission, with information on shipping, and how they would follow up once supplies arrived. Keeping me in the loop from start to finish. At no point did I feel it was a scam or uncomfortable with the process (there are some out there). Communication with DT is professional, caring for the seller and not just the product. Margie had a follow making sure I was all set and didn’t have anymore questions. This was my second time selling and will sell again. If you have any questions just reach out. You will get a response very quickly with DT.

Excellent communication and friendly people. Great way to make sure unused supplies are able to be used by those who are in need.

I recently worked with Diabetics Trust, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The process was simple, well-organized, and exactly as advertised. Every step was clearly explained, and I always felt informed and supported throughout.

Their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They communicated quickly, answered every question, and made the whole process hassle-free. It was refreshing to work with a company that truly values transparency and customer care.

If you’re considering working with Diabetics Trust, I can confidently say they make everything easy, straightforward, and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Diabetics trust site and workers were very professional. True to their word and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole transaction. I will definitely be using them again.

Very easy to work with! Easy process and very quick!

So easy to use. Got great price for some leftover sensors. Filled out a few questions accepted the quote printed out the label sent the sensors in and a few days later got the check. They even checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied.

This was a very easy experience. I was a little leery, but I had read the good reviews, and it seemed a very straightforward and simple process, and it was. I followed their instructions carefully, packed it exactly as I was told and about three days later, I received a text they had received it, inspected it and my PayPal payment would be deposited within a day or two. Two days later I had the Paypal payment. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

Fast, easy and good payout. Communication was great and they are very friendly. You can trust trust them!
