Diabetics Trust Anmeldelser

Very reasonable on prices and good turn around of orders.

They are an awesome company,I will keep going through them, they are professional and get right to your payment asap!they try to pay you as much as possible and the process went very smooth !

Great communication skills even though they are very very very strict on products they take is either perfect or don't send but the ones you do send you definitely get paid fast through PayPal and they communicated the whole time now granted it's my first time dealing with them I hope they stay great I would definitely recommend them if you have extra diabetic supplies let's see my next one

I have used this company many times and found them always to be prompt, honest and incredibly kind. I’ve worked with other companies who told me that my products were damaged, and I take great pride in protecting them fully during shipment and not sending any damage boxes. Diabetics trust has never tried to tell me that my boxes were damaged and they have always been very prompt on inspecting the packages and sending out the check. I don’t understand how anybody could have a negative review of this company. Keep up the good work diabetics trust!

I found that their customer service was beyond great. I had alot of questions and they took the time to get back to me in a timely manner and they treated me so well! I will definitely be using their services again!

Easy transaction from start to finish. Received money quickly. I would definitely use Diabetic Trust again. A+

First time dealing with this company which I found on Google. Seamless process from Soup To Nuts. I had left over brand new supplies that I no longer was prescribed to, I was glad I was able to get some of my money back for what I had paid for the diabetic med. As soon as we filled out the online form, we had gotten an email and phone call with clear instructions on how to send the medication to the company. After mailing the product out and it being received by Diabetics Trust, money was put into my PayPal account immediately. Then I got a follow-up text as well to make sure funds were received.

Fast response and payment. I had no clue what to do with my unopened medication that was very expensive. I found Diabetics Trust on Google and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. It was so easy and way faster than expected. I highly recommend this company. It's money in your pocket and goes to a great cause. Helping people is what makes me happy. This is just awesome! It's a win win situation. Thank you so much!

This was my first time using this company and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be using them again. They were very professional and very friendly. Sending text messages to me explaining everything to me. The pricing was very good and fair. Can't wait to continue doing business with them. Thank you for making this process easy! 😊

Absolutely love this place , after dealing with a few shady ones this business has treated me the best . Sent my strips in on Friday evening ( just made the post office as they were closing) and was paid Tuesday morning .. never had an issue with them saying my strips were damaged or paying less than expected .. recommend 10000%

With all the companies that I’ve dealt with in the past (I’ve been Diabetic for 36 yrs) whether it be for diabetic supplies or what not… Diabetic Trust is a company you should definitely use if you have diabetic supplies. The customer service is absolutely amazing, outstanding and above all I’ve yet to deal with a company that has this well of customer service. They also are very fast with their processing, their payouts, and again their customer service should be dealt with by everyone just so they can see how well their customer service should be. They’re definitely a five star plus rating so again, if you have diabetic supplies, or if you’re just wondering how customer service should be within a company Diabetic Trust should used again and again and again!
Definitely A 5 star plus rating on this amazing company.

Great place to sell your unneeded diabetic supplies.

This is my first time working with this company I just want to say they are amazing they have the right price for everything the customer service best in the world I'm going to continue working with this company

I have made several transactions with Diabetic Trust and every transaction has been a pleasure, they are upfront with their requirements for products and offer discounts for slight imperfections and will return items back to you for what they can't use, completely transparent with customers and I appreciate that! I will continue to only use this company for all my future transactions because I trust them and they trust me as a valued customer now.
