Quick turn around and a product that worked instantly
and very well out of the box.
I've only been using this heating system for fifteen of it's twenty seven years and it's never gone about it's business in such a quietly contented manner.

great service
I wasn't sure which knob would fit - the gas fire was probably owned first by Noah! Carrie went to great lengths to check for me - walked to the warehouse twice, looked at my picture, and sent some of her own! The knob we decided on fits perfectly and works better than the original.
