O stea este mult . Este mult sub alte firme lowcost de transport ! Vorbesc frumos la telefon , raspund repede , dar rezolvare = zero ! Degeaba suni si dai detalii ...platesti 50 euro pt un plic din Germania in Romania si dupa 5 zile inca nu a ajuns ???

Dhl Romania servicii tot mai proaste, personal nepregatit si lipsa totala de comunicare.

Rușine…
Un colet din America a ajuns în 5 zile și voi nu ați fost în stare într-o lună de zile să îl livrați!?

I do not recommend this company. I have delivered a medicine package Romania - Salalah , Oman from Nov 14th and we are on Nov 21st and the package din not arrived to destination - a vessel coming into port for one day , even if the package arrived in Salalah from Nov 20th.. explanation they are on holiday till 24th and they do not care that the client lost the medicine...
We pay so much amount for express delivery and they are worst than any other delivery company , including post office .
Very bad experience..
Meantime, a person will remain without medicine becose of those DHL birocracy.
I pray nothing negative will happened otherwise they must respond why they lie the costumers they provide fast delivery.
I hope the people to read my review and avoid to use this company services.

As da și mai puține stele, adică niciuna. Am avut de primit un colet de pe Alibaba. Au transferat toată responsabilitatea ne primiri coletului în curtea mea. Coletul este pierdut undeva pe drum și eu cu banii pe transport dați. Consider ca fantomatica și nesimțita firmă de curierat nu face altceva decât sa se îmbogățească pe spatele meu și a altora în aceeași situație. Cât despre Așa-zisu renume, no coment. Angajați plictisiți.

I bought a product on ebay that I was obliged to pay VAT on under EU laws on importing from outside the European Union. The shipper included in the parcel all the necessary paperwork for processing which included proof of prepayment of VAT on the website where I purchased, this was indicated by a unique IOSS number. But the DHL employees either ignored or were inattentive and processed the parcel as if I had to pay VAT for the full amount paid (product cost + VAT) plus DHL's specific charges for the service of presenting and paying the duties to customs. I was then contacted and asked to pay the fees again, which I flatly refused. After a few days they admitted they had made a mistake and said it was their fault for the mix up and that they had redone the customs declaration and the parcel could be on hold for up to 30 days. What did I do wrong!!!? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER COMPANY! RICH REPUTATION RUINED BY INCOMPETENT ROMANIAN EMPLOYEES.

Salutare tuturor, am avut un lager de primit din state tot achitat,livrare express(care nu a fost express) pentru a primi acest pachet care era un ghiozdan mi-au cerut 3-4 documente pe care să le completez plus un cod EORI. Nu aveam acest cod am depus pentru și nici astăzi nu l-am primit (09.10) coletul nu l-am putut primi din cauza acestui document. Voi în loc să simplificați lucrurile le îngreunați în ultimul hal. Le-am dat e-mail să-mi trimită coletul la adresa mea de reședință (Norvegia ),ca să nu-l dea retur n-am primit nici un răspuns la cele 3 e-mail.uri trimise. RUȘINE DHL ROMÂNIA!!!

They don't even bother to deliver your package

DHL Rumänien lässt den Fahrer das Packet kontrollieren, es könnte sein, ich habe dort Geld oder Dokumente versteckt. Also, als Kunde bei DHL bin ich erstmal eine Verbrecherin die schwarz Gelder verschiebt, erst nach der Kontrolle bin ich ehrlich. Übrigens.. Sollte ich doch Gelder verschieben, darf mich der Fahrer von DHL Rumänien auch festnehmen?

Astept un ledger din Anglia de 2 săptămâni, coletul a ajuns în Romania după care a fost direcționat în Bulgaria, ei zic ca este greșeala, nu cred asta!!Practic cea mai proasta companie de curierat din tara, evitați pe cât este posibil!!

Mi s-a trimis un colet din Germania spre Romania si dupa 14 zile nu a ajuns. Toate incercarile on line de a afla ceva s-au soldat cu esec, mai mult, la serviciul clienti mi s-a raspuns ca in 90 de zile voi avea un feedback la solicitarea mea.
Deasemenea ,acum 10 zile am incercat sa trimit un colet in afara țării, în UE si pentru că l-au desfăcut și acesta conținea și niște brânză de burduf, am fost întrebată dacă sunt rudă cu Pablo Escobar și au refuzat preluarea. Rușine, la așa o companie mare.

My order form Japan-> Tokyo took 2 days to reach Romania-> Bucharest and the package stays 4 days in the local dhl facility. I’ve changed the address while the package was still in Tokyo and I was forced to choose the earliest date 13 sept.the package was sorted out faster and it is now in Bucharest where I am but because it is not 13 sept, the package stays in their warehouse from 2 days ago and in call center stated that it should still stay in the facility until 13 sept and that they cannot unlock it. I’ve never heard something like that before with any delivery service. Unacceptable and Dissapointing!

The worst worst worst experience ever. Not only is DHL a mess and have no idea what they are doing in this country, but România lacks so much in life. Never trust any type of company in this country.
DHL you hold such a high reputation but more than anything you seem to do nothing but disappoint your customers.
So ridiculous. They like to take your money and charge crazy amounts but never manage to deliver.
Never ever use DHL in Romania!!

Do not ever import anything with DHL! They have the worst customs team, they overcharge you and refuse to give you details for what you need to pay.
They are giving contradictory information, refuse to communicate in writting - in few words I feel robbed!
The worst experience ever, I would not recommend them to anyone!

The most awful experience I ever had with orders.
My order did not arrive on time.

Evitati aceasta companie!
Un serviciu extrem de prost! Coletul a intarziat 2 zile peste termen si cand ii sun, nu stiu sa imi raspunda la intrebarea "Unde este coletul?" A trecut o zi si inca nu am primit raspuns! E noaptea mintii! Cel mai probabil unul din angajatii lor a furat coletul. Cum am auzit ca se practica in Romania!
Customer service de doi lei. Nici macar nu se prezinta la telefon si abia intelegi ce vorbesc. Semiagramati!

Probably another apartment company in Romania just using the DHL name. Worst customer support ever. A lady who just tell you like a robot that the package it will be delivered by a another trash company called urgent cargus. Morons that package has been sent with dhl not with urgent cargus. My package tracking # checks on dhl website. The package is in RO since 4 days ago but I have no idea who will deliver it and when.

O companie "buna" in care lucreaza numai incompetenti, nu livreaza la adresa ca ii omoara lenea si nesimtirea, nu vor sa urce la etaj vor clienti sa iasa eventual sa fuga dupa ei prin oras. DHL Timisoara aveti un manager, un supervisor, si niste soferi de tot rasul.
