They do not deliver door to dooreven in nerby suburb.

They do not deliver door to door like before, even to nearby suburbs, as other couriers do, while their delivery (shipping fee) is a lot more compared to others, and I do not know what they offer in return. In Albania, DHL service, for this reason, is not favorable and has been aggressive toward customers.

Thieves, dishonest company!

It happened a lot but unfortunately where I bought they use DHL. Bought once from Amazon(shipping and customs are calculated by Amazon) and even though I paid Amazon the customs fee, DHL asked for the same payment twice. Amazon refunded the money to me even though it's not their fault well at least not this time.
Charge different for the same product different times. Charge insane amount of money and usually is words playing that make no sense. Some times their system is a mess. I don't know why companies use them, even if they go bankrupt will not give me peace. I guess they are Germans and here they mixed with the worst kind of people in my country Albania so nothing good comes from them.

DELIVERED

DELIVERED, DIRTY AND TORN. DUMPED OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR IN THE RAIN IN FULL VIEW OF THE ROAD. NO CARD PUT THROUGH TO LET ME KNOW. THEY THEN STATED ON LINE THAT I HAD SIGNED FOR IT. I HAD REQUESTED IT BE LEFT A BOX IN THE BACK GARDEN.

I paid about 80 Euros for a premium…

I paid about 80 Euros for a premium delivery to Iran with a delivery time between 3 to 10 days. It was expensive but it was an important document that should arrive asp, so I paid. That was more than 2 weeks a go and the packet is still in Germany. The only follow up possibility is a call or online. As it wasn't possible to get an answer online, I tried to call the center. I had A10 min conversation with an employee in wich he read me a standard sentence 10 times( it can take 14 more days upon the promised 10 days) and I can do nothing but wait. They charge you like a company in developed countries and treat you as a criminal company in a third world country

Bad, disappointing and disrespectful service

I lost my suitcase and the airport authorities decided to send it back to me after being found through DHL. What a bad choice It took 2 months from the date of loss to arrival.Tones of emails, correspondence with different people, departments filling invoices, authorisations and declarations plus other additional documents. I have over 10 e-mails over my lost hand luggage with used items for which I had to provide prices etc. The worst is they are not able to ask for all the information at once but from different mails, departments and people. When you think its all done and correct, No something else missing.Without saying more ..dear DHL you really have to do better, your customer service is not worth even 1 star..

If you want to have the worst…

If you want to have the worst experience than i recommend you choosing dhl. They have the worst customer support. They close the phone call and they don't care at all cause the managers are only for the name manager and nothing else. They don't do anything. Lets talk about my personal issue now: they couldn't bring the package in my city so i had to personally go there and pick it up. I paid express shipping and they shipped it to my city with the national post and the national post. I contacted them and they hanged up the phone once i asked for a reason why they couldn't bring it at my door. I will never ever in my life use them again and this is not the first time that they act like this with me. Every time with dhl i had the worst experience. Avoid this company and be happy

Don’t use DHL to send Christmas presents!

We tried to send some Christmas presents. DHL opened them and refused to move them from an office 70 miles away because one item had a small bottle of expensive perfume in it. We had to agree that they remove it and go to expense of travelling 140 miles to recover it or they would “dispose of it”.
Their terms and conditions make no mention of perfume being and unacceptable item.
Their staff are nice but they are a shocking lousy company I would not recommend to anyone.

Nebula cooperate with DHL delivery system, however I didn't received any parcel. I paid 289$ but I didn't received anything.
DHL shows information that parcel is delivered, but I didn't received the parcel or any notification.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

If there was a 0 star option, I would have chosen that. A birth certificate, literally 30gr costed me 52EUR from Tirana to London. DHL made a mess when sorting it out, and sent it to wrong depot. So, instead of arriving on Thursday, it arrived the next Monday. So, 5 days instead of one. DHL says: Yes it is our fault, but we cant give you refund or partial refund for the delay because we do our best (hahaha) and because apparently I didnt pay premium. What the hell; More premium than 52EUR for an A4 paper?.
So, it is our fault but tough. OUR MISTAKE YOUR CONSEQUENCE should be their slogan.

Dreadful company

Bought a rug from a company on E bay, initially the courier DHL were going to deliver the next day I was impressed,I waited in for the said delivery as stated by DHL.However at approx 11am I was informed by them that because my parcel was long it should have been scanned somewhere else !!! However it meant my parcel was delayed and it would be delivered following day 30/9/2020 , The Rug company also contacted them.This took some time but eventually I was told for sure the next day. I again waited in all day I was told I was 128 on the delivery schedule but I could track the delivery. The carpet was due to be delivered between 17.05-18-05 approx .Unfortunately at 4.25pm as the driver was approaching delivery 120....the tracking stopped and didn’t move again at 18.50 I realised there would be no delivery today the driver had gone home looked at the original order on e bay and noted it had gone back to the depot as the driver was out of time ....which means at 4.25 he’d taken an early dart .
So two days of waiting in and loss of money...are two days of my life I’ll never get back with a company who clearly couldn’t give a monkeys .So ..DHL 0/10 for you and your dreadful company who then wanted ton charge me 7p a minute to enquire where is my parcel ...didn’t bother .....

They call it express service but it isnt

They call it express service but it isn't. Poor service with excessive prices. The parcel has arrived for a week but the company has not sent the amount to pay. Customer Service says it will provide immediately and then stop responding to phone calls / emails. I hope I don't need to use this expeditionist again.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever use it only when there’s no other option. Always advertise 1-2 days express shipping but always more than a week. And all that say we can’t do anything.
