Poor customer service waited forever to be able to return then charged for returning and shipping costs taxes deducted, hardly worth returning. Wasn’t made clear on website won’t use again!

But there is no this bag in any lux butics in Rome. I found this bag only in D Gallery shop but i hadn't enough time for traveling to butic in Bolonya. I wrote to support and we made online order 30 sep. I was so nervous because i have to leave from Italy 4 oct. Finally I got the bag 2 oct and was so impressed. Bought a purse got an email next day saying refund was initiated. No explanation I wrote several times and they told me the purse had to be cancelled because the price was wrong!! Not buying from here again!

They owe me money.
Very frustrating experience obtaining the refund owed to me for a returned item. Not only did I have to follow-up multiple times over the course of several weeks to get any answer, but I am still waiting for the full refund! I have followed-up 3 times and no response still. They owe me over $100.

Best customer service I've had in quite some time!
This was one of the best no-nonsense customer service experiences I've had in quite some time! The handbag I purchased was quality care inspected and it was beautiful! The cherry on top was the lovely exchange I had with those trying to help me. I am in the US and they are in Italy so it was important that I be able to have a little bit of assistance and they did a stellar job! Thank you again!
