Good customer service, and good product

It wasn't a pleasant experience in the beginning to be honest but the lady Diana was really helpful to help me recover what I lost and I'm grateful to her

I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription and charged three times without my informed consent. After multiple complaints, I received only a partial refund.

The company then encouraged me to change or remove my negative Trustpilot review in connection with receiving further compensation.

Now, surprisingly, I am also receiving responses through another website, Dewlure, which raises serious concerns about the connection between these websites and their business practices.

Two transactions remain completely unrefunded, and the third has only been partially refunded.

Avoid this company. Do not provide your credit card details! I have disputed the charges with my credit card provider.

Don't fall for it, I got an email that seemed to be from About You about a mystery box. I paid the amount properly and then three amounts were charged to my credit card.

I emailed the company involved (Shoescosm) from which I suddenly got an email saying that an account had been created and a membership was taken out, and this came with a hefty charge.

They refer in the email to terms and conditions that I supposedly saw before paying, even though this was nowhere clearly stated.

I have now repeatedly stated that they need to return everything and cancel the membership. It seems the membership has been canceled, but the money cannot be returned because, according to their terms, this isn’t possible.

I received the terms as a PDF in my email after paying, but by then the money was already reserved on the credit card. It's about 133 euros.

I have filled a fraud report by the police.

Na intensief contact en enige druk zijn uiteindelijk alle afgeschreven bedragen teruggestort. Helaas heeft het blokkeren van mijn creditcard (om meer afschrijvingen van deze oplichters te voorkomen) mij nog wel geld gekost dat ik niet terugkrijg.

Fraude!

Ik dacht een verjaardagsbox te kopen bij About You, vervolgens zit ik vast aan een abonnement bij Poutlab en worden er bovenop het initiële bedrag nog twee grote bedragen afgeschreven van mijn creditcard.

Dewlure geeft een reactie op de mail naar de klantenservice van Poutlab en is dus verbonden aan deze frauduleuze praktijken. Ze geven aan dat mijn abonnement wordt stopgezet, maar mijn geld hebben ze nog altijd afgeschreven.

This website is a spam and takes more money from you than you originally was willing to pay. I did 1 payment and it did an additional 6 and you need to be quick to get a refund before they hack your bank.
It was linked with a website called Pencilbunk.com
Thay are a scam and I do worry why hasnt this problem been solved. Do not purchase from them and check emails for sales do not link to this company.

Linked to phishing scam. Took three payments from my son. Wouldn't respond to request for information.

Beware, if you see deducted money from Dewlure on your Credit Card, block your Credit card immediately.

All positive statements
"xxx was helpful"
"xxx solved my problem"

are from people in the same situation.
They promise to return the money for a positive review.
But at the same time they continue to withdraw money from your account.

The only way to stop it is immediately block your credit card.

Dewlure.com and Model2play.com are the same fraudsters offering bargains at a fraction of the real value for any product type or brand you happen to search for on Facebook in a pop-up ad that later disappears. They scammed my elderly mother into buying a nonexistent item and faked a delivery notice. After a refund request, she received multiple emails prompting her to leave positive reviews on Trustpilot so that her claim can be processed. We reported the fraud to the bank, the police, and ScamAdviser to prevent further damage. Stay away from these two websites!!! One can easily have an idea of their illicit earnings if they charge only 9.99 EUR to hundred thousands of unsuspecting global customers. Too bad that Facebook enables such fraudulent advertisers.

Sur un site j ai commandé une machine à café senseo a 19.99 euros, on me débité de 19.99 et 13.62 pour un soit disant abonnement.
Je conteste et on me dit qu aucune commande n a été effectuée.
On me dit qu exceptionnellement on me rembourse. J attends toujours, arnaque

Société transforme son nom …pour arnaquer les gens.
