Very easy site to use and delivery made on and in time. Was sent as a gift to friends which they enjoyed.

I ordered the Afternoon Tea Hamper with cheese and biscuits, it was an anniversary gift and was delivered on the day, much to the delight of the recipient, they were very impressed by the scones and good amount of cream and jam, plus the cheese and biscuits were equally very tasty.

The products are always fresh and so tasty. Delivery has always been on the requested date and the packaging keeps the scones safe and undamaged.

My daughter loved her cream tea food parcel, especially the fluffy scones and now keeps dropping hints for more. The order and delivery process was simple and I will definately be ordering more for her, thank you for allowing me to send her a taste of home whilst she works in London.

This is the second time I have purchased from Devon Heaven. Both times as gifts for friends. I haven’t had the experience myself, but my friends have said how lovely the hampers were. It is nice to be able to choose a date for delivery and each time the gifts were delivered on time as promised, with a photo sent to show me the gift was delivered. My friends were delighted with the contents and sent me photos. I highly recommend this company. I may have to buy myself one!

The teas have arrived on time, communication from the company re delivery is great and my family and friends tell me that the teas are really delicious and they have loved the surprise treat. I’ve used Devon Heaven many times for girlfriend’s birthdays thank you and get better soon gifts. The quality is exceptional, the service is fantastic and great value for money. They have never let me down and my friends have all been chuffed to bits and extremely happy!

Regularly order a cream tea from Devon Heaven.
Scones are always fresh , the strawberry jam is especially delicious . All the little extras especially the teoni shortbread biscuits are there to snack on in the days after the scones and cream have gone and are are lovely treat. Well informed about delivery and well packaged.

There was a mixup with delivery and I had to contact you messages and phone calls . The last time I phoned I was told the order was there waiting to go and you couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been dispatched and said it would definitely be sent asp which it was.Ordered for 21 March arrived 17th of April. We have used you quite a few times also my daughter this was the first time we had a problem .

The scones were delicious. We ordered hot cross buns which were outstanding. Much better than Which recommended M&S ones. With Devon Heaven you get a big pot of clotted cream and a full size pot of strawberry jam. The jam is lovely, full of fruit. Altogether yummy and better value than competitors!
