I honestly felt scammed I was trying to sign up for something to do with SHEIN and when the charge went thru it was to this company that I’ve never heard of. How I even got to this blows my mind I truly clicked a link on a story on Facebook and was supposed to be buying a large misc box from SHEIN and I entered my info and when I hit the final submit bam I was redirected to final confirmation of purchase then was supposed to go to the SHEIN website instead it just processed my payment and then notification from my account popped up saying the purchase of twice the amount I was supposed to be paying and for some company I’ve never heard of and thanks to diamond they are graciously helping me get this resolved

I made the mistake of making a payment with the wrong company thinking it was somthing else. I contacted the team for a refund and cancelation of membership and what im being told by customer service and the account that was made and emails are totally different/opposite. Im more confused and pretty upset at the fact that I can't seem to get anywhere with talking to a person on the phone rather than emailing...

Agent tried to help and when I explained that this was unauthorized they approved my refund which I hope to have replaced back on my card.

No entendí que era, pensé que me llegaría una caja de regalo de maquillaje, así aparecía en reel de oferta. Por fin era una suscripción y eso no me gustó nada.

Fui estafado, me robaron

No estoy efectivo ,lo que dicen que cuenta la cual se hizo cargo se devolvió.me cargaron compra de $25381 (que no me interesa la suscripción) y me responden que fue devuelta a la cuenta ..eso no esfectivo

Well I was a lil worried when I saw charges to my PayPal account that weren't transactions I completed or authorized and thought I'd been scammed. When reported to PayPal tho,no transactions were found that they could do anything about or start a file on and then I thought even more that I'd been scammed and searched until found a phone number to call device rush on and it did get resolved today & the money WAS deposited back onto my my PayPal & I DO appreciate it.
