I understand that you had problems trying to execute payment using Maybank's credit card but was unsuccessful until you used another card issuer. You may want to lodge a complaint with Maybank on the matter.

I strive hard to keep pricing low by offering good discount, free / subsidised delivery via courier and absorbing credit card transaction charges.
At this moment, I have not taken up any direct debit options for Malaysian banks. Most of the service providers will charge a minimum of 3% for these transactions and this will further inflate my costs which I may then have to pass to customers to make the business worthwhile. Some customers also prefer to login into their respective bank's website rather than following payment links from third party websites for security reasons.
Nevertheless, I value your feedback and will consider it in the future.

Very good and well designed website, and fantastic service, received my Aircontact Pro the next day
I would order my Deuter products from Deuter Online. The webiste is well laid out and extremely user friendly. More importantly, the service is incredible. Immediate confirmation emails, and Gary will call if need be. You can buy Deuter bags from the shops, but the funny thing is I get a better experience dealing with online ordering and as and when necessary, Gary provides the personal touch. In my case, he delivered the bag to my house...but no problem with courier as well.
Will tell my friends about Deuter Online.

In view that I do not carry stock (to keep costs low), it would be difficult to provide colour options without knowing whether colour is still available at the time when an order comes in. What I can provide is a money-back guarantee in the event items run out of stock or the preferred colour is not available.
In any event, certainly in the future, if I do keep items in stock, I would be able to provide colour options since the inventory is kept by me.

ok i give u an example right here..hm what abt if someone really need a bag pack for some emergency case? i mean like s/he wants to use the bag pack in the duration of 2-3 days after the purchase..for me, u can change to the other courier service..its better for ur company to use poslaju..poslaju services really2 good..for me,i didnt mind for extra cash as long as i got the item in time n in good condition .. no hate :) -iffzan-

My records show that you placed the order on 21.05.2013 at 10.38pm and payment was made on 22.05.2013 at 11.59am. Your parcel was despatched on the same day in the afternoon via City Link Express.
My records also did not indicate any request from you that PosLaju be used instead of City Link Express or that you needed to use the item in 2-3 days. I also received a message from you via Facebook (after the parcel was despatched) that you would not be home on 23.05.2013.
As stipulated in the order sheet sent to every customer before the customer makes payment, the schedule and time of delivery is only an estimate and is solely at the discretion of City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd. A customer can choose not to proceed with the purchase if he / she feels that there could be a delay in the delivery. I have, on previous occasions, acceded to customer's request to use Pos Laju. Naturally, they will be required to pay for the postage and handling charges.
I hope you can understand that delivery schedule is always at the discretion of the courier company ~ whether it be City Link Express or Pos Laju. It is beyond the control of the merchant unless the merchant itself provides personal delivery.
As testified by many Deuter Online customers, items are despatched promptly and that is the guarantee that I can give because it is something I can control. In many cases, customers received their parcel by the next working day.
I am not giving any excuses for City Link Express. I am just offering an explanation of the processes involved as well as to place it on record of what had transpired in respect of your purchase.
