They’re the sort of thing that can make everyday pursuits feel a little bit deluxe. We believe that proper pyjamas are to leisure what butter is to toast, a way of turning something quite ordinary into something quite magical.
It all started with women’s pyjamas. Now we make them for men and kids too, plus a handful of other snazzy things for around the home, like slippers, socks, and extra-deluxe robes.
Each collection brings with its prints. Each print is an artwork in its own right, inspired by travel and by life— Spanish palm, Greek myths, graceful tigers—hand-painted in our London studio. They’re printed onto organic cotton, hand-cut and sewn in Portugal. We then wrap them

- We always want our PJs to offer a sense of cosiness and ease, but this year—of all years—we want to take things up a notch. We believe that proper pyjamas are what butter is to toast. A way of turning something quite ordinary into something quite magical. We've been making fancy pyjamas since 2014. Our latest collection, LoveSleeps, has just launched. A collection that was inspired by a Monastery and a Temple, on an island off the coast of Naples - Ischia. Joel and Molly, visited in August 2024 for a long weekend and were so moved by the space, by the quiet and creativity that came from rest that our studio has created not only a new seasonal collection, but a new chapter and calling card for D&D: “and on the seventh day there was rest”. The collection pays ode to the heavenly parts of rest. The freedom it allows our minds. It’s also an homage to the summer days that we pray last forever but eventually become a dream. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵.

We offer free monogramming for all. Initials, emblazoned across a pocket. A practical, no nonsense luxury. Whether you’re buying for yourself, your crew, your mate, your man, your mother, if a bigger power move exists, we’re yet to hear of it.
Our pyjamas come in a rather splendid box covered in leopards, secured in tissue with a free Sunday Paper to dive into.

I caused a problem by omitting part of the recipient 's address. Mina of Customer Care sorted it by sending out a second parcel with the complete address at no cost. She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. In my book that's a Company that deserves its customers.

I had choosen Royal Mail & have been…
I had choosen Royal Mail & have been given a tracking code. After one failed attempt to deliver I changed the delivery address to the neighbours through the Royal Mail delivery options but instead
Of attempting a second time I was just informed that it was returned to sender. I sincerely hope that the refund process will be straightforward but am really sad to have missed out on the pj‘s.

I have had the worst experience with this company. Their pjs are wayyyy overpriced for what they are, and they still owe me money which they are refusing to give me. Definitely will not shop here again.

Arrived quickly
Felt satiny but the cotton was actually very thin - not what I’d expect from a high price product . Not sure how well they’d cope with washing
Returned as not happy with the quality of fabric for that price

Packaging was excellent
Packaging was excellent. Two of the three items that I ordered were very good. Disappointingly, one item that was the same size as another barely fitted me while the other one was a very good fit. Sizing not consistent across pyjama range.

The quality is just not the same
The quality is just not the same. I bought a linen bathrobe a few years ago and just bought another. The quality is mediocre compared to what it was . The cloth is just thinner less luxurious. As with everything in the world today , you pay more for less.

Stiff fabric
This is my 4th pair of Dempsey pajamas.
Very disappointed in the stiffness of this new fabric, even after washing upon their arrival. So unlike my other 3 pairs. This new fabric doesn’t drape.

A wonderful shopping experience.
- Order received quickly
- High-quality packaging in a beautiful decorative box.
- I didn’t have to pay any customs duties or taxes, as stated on the website.
- The bathrobe is very beautiful; however, the color isn’t exactly what I expected (cream) — it’s more of a white-grey. The socks, on the other hand, are cream-colored.
