It's a scam, I managed to be refunded over the bank dispute request...

I placed an order for a metal artwork in September 2025. It's now mid-November and nothing has arrived. I inquired in mid-October and received an "update" from a woman called Elina Sahlberg a few days later, which seemed more like a way to stall customers. It included details about the current processing status of the artwork, but no specific information about when it would be shipped, etc. I inquired again at the beginning of November and haven't received a response since. I will be instructing my bank to initiate a refund. This is extremely disappointing, and I can only warn everyone against this "company."

I went on a website called DesiQlo.. and think I've been scammed.. I thought I was purchasing from a legitimate website and placed an order for cotton Pakistani suit.. payment has been taken.. and I haven't received order dispatch or delivery details 😕.. be careful so many scam sites out there.. I have emailed desiqlo but.. I'm not confident zi will receive a response.. my only consolation is that it was under £30..

I am very happy to have received the Still Resonance Metal Wall Art. It's a wonderful piece of artwork that decorates my living room, making it look more modern, fresh and interesting. It took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive in Greece, but it was worth waiting for it. Communication with the provider was excellent and prompt. 5/5

I ordered a frame 3months ago, still no trace of a real package. The previous package had gone missing they said. I want my package asap but clearly it’s too hard to communicate well

The artwork is amazing, we are very happy with it, although it took a long time for me to receive it. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more information provided about the hanging system as I have a frameless artwork.

I ordered a frameless David and it turned out to be a masterpiece. I really like this studio, they are very supportive, answer all the questions and concerns quickly.
I would definitely order more artworks from Desiqno.

We ordered on the 16th of June, picked up the package today and it was completely empty! Their customer service keeps gaslighting us, and it feels like a total scam. Don’t bother buying from them. Also, I noticed their Instagram is full of fake followers… so please be cautious before ordering anything in Instagram!

Taken in by the slick digital advertising and website, and having failed to check others' experiences, I ordered a piece (paying extra for Priority Manufacturing - Skip the Queue) on June 16 2025, with an expected delivery within days, as would be the case for most online purchases.

Forty-five (45) days later, still nothing.

In fairness, Desiqno is responding to emails, but their repeated promises of imminent shipping have come to nothing.

If I ever receive the product I paid for, I will provide an update.

In the meantime, caveat emptor.

The ordered product arrived today (46 days after ordering) and really is as advertised (good quality finish). It appears to have been sent on 1 July 2025 - goodness knows where it’s been for a month. So bottom line, the product is great, the customer expectations management has been well below par.

Die Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte wurde 2 Tage nach der Bestellung durchgeführt, die Ware ist nach über 4 Wochen noch immer nicht angekommen. Eine Sendungsverfolgung gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Ich habe mittlerweile die Nase voll von der Hinhaltetaktik des Supports. In diversen E-Mails wird entweder von Problemen bei der Endkontrolle berichtet oder man nochmals den Status meiner Bestellung prüfen müsse. Die Prüfung scheint sehr lange zu dauern. Wie kann man so mit Kunden umgehen? Bei mehrfacher Beschwerde würde ich den Kunden umgehend versuchen wieder zufriedenzustellen und die Ware lossenden bzw. priorisiert behandeln. Ich glaube mittlerweile auch, dass die Firma Betrüger sind, denn eine seriöse Firma behandelt so ihre Kunden nicht! Gern kann ich meine Ware in Litauen selber abholen :D Ich werde meine Erfahrungen, falls die Ware noch ankommt, aktualisieren.

I ordered on 26.06.2025 and while the vendor claims to deliver within 4-8 business days, this is clearly not true and they know it.

I received the parcel 1/2 on 29.07.2025 and parcel 2/2 on 07.08.2025. I contacted the support many times and after threatening to claim my money back at Barclays, it seemed to speed up the delivery process.

To be honest, I don't know what really is happening behind the curtains, but I think they really are overwhelmed with the number of orders. The unserious business practice (bought followers on IG, no address etc.) actually deserves only 1 star, but the product quality is nice and overall they delivered within 5 weeks after pressuring a little, so I just rate my personal experience and keep it with 4 stars. If they make it more professional, this really is a nice thing.

If you take a little risk and can wait a few weeks, you will get some very nice art.

So i order the damn thing 18 of June, site clearly stated 4-8 bussiness days delivery, which is fine....fast forward 1 month later, they still did not manage to deliver it.

Moreover, the customer support is telling the same old story over and over "we try to make it perfect, we are finishing it up, finalizing, wrapping things ups, undergoing last minute quality checking".

I am starting to believe bellow reviews that its all a scam.

Update no1: still no info on delivery, their reply here is the same copy paste as the one by email...

Update no2: 22nd July received compensation frame as a gift, although different design and smaller size, the quality look really good (perfect actually) I would have been very happy with Desiqno if they delivered on time.
Still waiting for my original piece though...

Update no3: received after 2 months of wait, if you have time waiting for so long, go for it!

Support writting with chat gpt, no honest replys, already 2+ weeks order is late, and they ghosted me not replying to emails anymore. Definately will contact bank for refund. Be carefull everyone!

I am afraid this company is a scam. I received the order confirmation with no details when my purchase is going to be delivered. Elina Sahlberg (an artist) does not exist. I asked my bank for a cashback.
UPDATE: there has been more changes to the website itself - non-existing artist Elina vanished, the company changed its HQ location from Lithuania to Denmark, there are also two new websites: shop.desiqno.com and cp.desiqno.com based in the US. Be on your guard, this is the purest scam ever. Hope to get my money back from the bank.
UPDATE: still, did not receive any details when my order is going to be shipped/delivered, theirs "metal pieces of art" are easily available as free graphics on the Internet. Watch out, scammers!
UPDATE - I've justvreceived my money back from the bank - they confirmed that Desiqno is a SCAM. Most of the positive or semi-positive opinions here are fake,so be on your guard!

On 18/05 I ordered the "Closer than ever" wall art 100x140cm (Order n°220853) to gift at a wedding on Friday 6/06/2025. The website mentions orders are shipped between 3 to 5 business days.

After not having received any updates since the order confirmation, I sent an e-mail on 29/05 and an Instagram direct message on 1/06.

Zero response...

And now I don't have my gift for the wedding at the end of this week. Super disappointed, but hopeful this review triggers an answer!

Aggiornamento, dopo più di un mese ancora non si vede nemmeno l'ombra...

Prodotto arrivato dopo più di due mesi, fatto alla perfezione, ancora meglio delle foto, non metterò 5 stelle perché a livello logistico sono pietosi migliorassero su questo aspetto e posso garantire che diventerò loro cliente abituale

„Ordered weeks ago. Till now, no indication when my art work will be delivered. Seems like a scam. They take your money and disapear.“

UPDATE: received my order and it looks very good like promised. Delivery is unfortunately poor. But they are trying to fix procedures. After bringing those issues to atttention and involving credit card privider. Delivery startet. So overall, nice art pieces in good quality and value, but delivery process needs to be heavily improved!

Bedrijf reageert supersnel op vragen en altijd erg vriendelijk. Het pakket kwam goed ingepakt en wij zijn erg blij met het kunststuk.
